The Truth Will Set You Free!

Buckle up, good people of the world! The truth may set you free, but first, it may make you miserable. This is the reality that candidates in the tech market have been facing over the past few years. The truth, as we understand it, is as follows: not all, but most high-ranking individuals within companies, particularly large corporations and organizations, have struck a deal with the devil to achieve success in their respective industries. This means they must comply with orders. For instance, if they are told to dismiss a certain percentage of employees, they must follow suit or risk losing their business's financial stability. This is only one aspect of the truth that goes much deeper and broader. We encourage you to conduct your own research to uncover the full truth! Another truth that you may have gathered from previous posts is this: recruiters and HR personnel work for themselves and the company they represent. They serve as middlemen, looking for keywords in your CV, making decisions that can be irrational at times if your CV doesn't perfectly match the job description keywords. This is one of the most detestable practices found within the tech industry and beyond, where there are middlemen. Can you imagine a situation where someone who is not qualified for a position evaluates another person's qualifications? On what planet is that possible? We must ensure this becomes impossible on our planet! It's absurd! The most that recruiters and HR should do is assess someone's soft skills and communication skills, something they claim to do but often fail at, becoming arrogant in the process, while also evaluating your technical qualifications, despite not being qualified themselves. They will never admit or tell you this, but that's how it is! If this isn't true for all recruiters and HR, it is true for a substantial percentage of them. This is why the company hiring you may never hear about you, preventing you from presenting yourself, showcasing your knowledge, demonstrating your abilities, and so on. Here is another truth that is crucial to understand (it adds to the first truth): layoffs are a form of spiritual warfare against people. Someone decides who gets to work and earn a living. This someone does not care about your qualifications for the job. If you are on some blacklist somewhere, undesirable to be hired regardless of your exceptional personality and impressive qualifications due to being targeted by the system (consider "the system" as broadly as possible), then you will not be hired, even if you are the perfect candidate for the job. Can you comprehend this? Do you know that this is not irrational and is very real? You can combat this by applying to jobs at companies run by normal people who have remained steadfast and haven't sold their souls. Since you cannot determine this when you apply for a specific job position, apply anyway. In the process, things will reveal themselves. Trust your intuition and the energy you feel from the other side. Trust your instincts 100%! Here is another truth that you must absolutely know (it supplements the first truth): AI is not to blame! AI cannot replace human time, energy, or emotional intelligence. They claim "AI can work 24/7" but this statement is a colossal lie and nonsense. They tell you this lie to justify firing you or offering you significantly lower pay than what you truly deserve. The true culprit is as follows: hiring managers and CEOs who are not necessarily evil people, but they believe they're "smarter" than everyone else and can accomplish it with AI and a smaller workforce that will be overworked and exploited to replace other tech professionals; hiring managers and CEOs who are smart and malicious - they disguise this by appearing charming in public while making decisions behind closed doors that remain unknown publicly, thus maintaining their "perfect" image, but you only feel the consequences through layoffs or not getting the job. Ladies and gentlemen, this is your culprit. We cannot reveal the full culprit yet, but it boils down to the first truth: people sell their soul and are forced to do things they must do or risk losing their business. Do you now realize that the entire battle is for the spirit and the aura of humanity? They know if you don't have a job and financial security, your aura is likely to weaken (if you don't know how to protect it) and become vulnerable, attracting negativity. Who benefits from this? Who benefits from weakening society and making people miserable? This is your real culprit hiding behind the curtains! We invite you to conduct thorough research on your own. We know the details, but we provide a chance for the tech industry to correct itself; otherwise, more severe measures will be taken by us. It is incredibly naive to believe that in any given industry where many similar businesses exist, some manage to succeed and progress while others struggle simply due to their "extreme dedication" or "intelligence" when in fact it's far more likely that the top people within these companies have joined secret organizations and sold their soul. Always conduct your research, never blindly trust anyone, not even TSL, despite our knowledge of speaking the truth. We encourage you to research and arrive at your own conclusions! Don't you find it strange that AI can be used in any industry, not just the tech industry, yet the technical industry seems to be greatly affected by layoffs? What about accountants, translators, lawyers, doctors, and other professions that require a laptop and internet connection, why isn't AI causing layoffs there? Here's our perspective on this: technology governs the lives of billions of people. Through technology, a global control network and mass surveillance can be established and are being attempted to be established. An accountant or a lawyer is limited in their country where they work. The technical industry operates differently: it transcends borders. Hence, the technical sector is so greatly affected by layoffs: it's not because the salaries of tech professionals are astronomical, but because it forms one of the pillars that controls humanity! Each smartphone, each laptop, each PC, each tablet is driven by technology, and whoever controls the technology and information, controls the world. If good people are employed and powerful, they can fight back and change the world. But if they're left to struggle and fight for a job, they don't have the time or energy to fight. Do you now see that it is truly a spiritual warfare? Here's another truth: human nature itself, greed, and the desire to save money and not pay people what they deserve are additional factors contributing to the chaos in the tech industry. Never believe for even a second that layoffs occur because of financial difficulties faced by the companies. Such an excuse is merely a facade, in most cases! There is abundant cash and wealth in the world but it's not equally distributed. Money can be printed from paper; there can always be more money made. Money serves as leverage against people to keep their vibration low, weaken their aura, and maintain control over them. Although salaries within the tech industry are certainly decent, they are not astronomical enough to warrant layoffs. Top athletes, top football players, top basketball players earn millions of dollars and euros on a monthly basis. There is abundance of money in the world but they want you to believe otherwise because whatever you believe becomes your reality! Always investigate, never stop learning and growing, and never accept any excuse from anyone regarding your worth and value. Know your worth and value, and you will overcome any battle, including the ongoing and heavily waged spiritual warfare! - TSL

Money Mindset

If you are a job seeker in the tech industry (or any other industry): Every person's relationship with money is unique and individual. As such, we cannot provide specific financial recommendations. We are not financial advisors; it is up to you to determine what to do with your own funds. However, we can offer the following insight: if you are job hunting and have no income, your resources will eventually run out. To prevent this (or if it has already happened): given the current state of the tech job market, continuing to endure the market until the delusion subsides may not be worth it. Consider seeking employment in a related field or transitioning to an entirely different industry for a while. Don't limit yourself solely to the tech sector. Cultivate and showcase the other talents within you. Don't pursue a tech job at all costs if doing so is causing you financial hardship. Instead, find a job in another industry and use any spare time to pursue opportunities in the tech field (without added stress). It's important to note that the tech industry isn't the only one offering high salaries. However, with ongoing inflation, those high salaries may not go as far as they once did. Moreover, due to advancements in AI, unscrupulous behavior is becoming more apparent in the tech sector. This purge will take time to complete and cleanse the industry of psychopathic, egotistical, and greedy CEOs because ultimately their companies will struggle without human employees. These companies may face eventual decline, one way or another. Karma does exist! In light of this information, dear reader, if you find yourself in a financially difficult situation due to the tech market's current state, take a moment to breathe and reflect on your choices. Ultimately, only you know what is best for you. We are here to help guide you through the process, but not to dictate your decisions. When financial pressures arise, we believe it's important to set aside pride and ego. Taking a non-tech job that still offers a decent salary and provides for you and your family while you continue to pursue a tech career (because of passion rather than solely financial gain) seems like a sensible approach. The truth is this: if you persist in your efforts and work hard, success will eventually come your way! The odds are greatly in your favor. However, consider whether it's worth enduring prolonged suffering-even for multiple years-with constant rejections that may have nothing to do with your skills or qualifications (assuming this is the case). If you can handle the financial strain, by all means, pursue a tech job. Otherwise, remember that the world offers countless opportunities, and at the end of the day, the tech industry is just one of many industries. Quality individuals are needed in every corner of the world. Leverage your diverse talents and find that remarkable job that will bring you immense joy, happiness, and financial prosperity. - TSL

We are here to support you as you progress. The content provided on this platform aims to enhance your skills and help you avoid being deceived. You will no longer be bamboozled! Gain insight into the evaluation process employed by tech companies, including elements beyond technical knowledge such as appearance, confidence, and peculiarities. Be aware of common mistakes made by candidates. Avoid advertising your prolonged unemployment or acknowledging being impacted by layoffs on LinkedIn as these factors can deter recruiters. They may harbor doubts about your employability without openly expressing their concerns, unfortunately due to human psychology. Additionally, neediness is highly unattractive. Confidence attracts! Visualize yourself, the quintessential "Nice Guy," attending your first tech interview with an HR or recruiter who has a considerable romantic history. Your inherent kindness immediately repels her despite any errors on your part. Your initial impression is already formed, and you'll be denied advancement to the next round of interviews. The influence of feminism in hiring processes may not be openly discussed, but it does play a role. You will no longer be the "Nice Guy"! You will become an unstoppable technical candidate during interviews! Welcome & enjoy the show! - TSL
If You Wonder Why Less Qualified People Than You Have Jobs While You Don't, Here Is The Reason

If You Wonder Why Less Qualified People Than You Have Jobs While You Don't, Here Is The Reason

This applies to any industry, but we'll discuss it from the perspective of the tech industry. The reason is straightforward: if someone less qualified than you has a job and you don't, it's because they accept a lower salary. Their compensation is so low that it's an irresistible offer for companies. Companies tolerate subpar quality and constant errors on the same tasks in the hope that the individual will improve over time and continue to be paid the same low salary. If companies discover a tech worker who can somehow perform the job for $1,000 per month, they believe they have struck gold. However, here's what happens: these types of companies are run by miserly, potentially narcissistic, manipulative, and psychopathic CEOs that you would likely not want to work for, so don't worry. Let's consider another example: if in your country the acceptable salary for a tech professional is $4,000 per month but someone is willing to do the job for $3,000 or even $2,500, the company will attempt to take advantage of the lower labor cost. There exists an unwritten karmic law: attempting to cheat the system and avoid the real cost in the end ultimately costs more than if the right person was hired from the beginning. Alternatively, the product is riddled with bugs, and customers abandon it as soon as they join, leaving the company's business to struggle and spiral downward. Different parts of the world have different living costs. What $10,000 means for someone in the U.S. might equate to $2,000 in their country, and they will happily work for that salary. However, there's a catch: cheap doesn't mean quality. How many times has a company hired cheap workers only to later hire the right people with appropriate salaries to clean up the mess left by the cheaper labor force? If you have been in the tech industry long enough, you are aware that this exists. This tells you everything about the company culture and how much they value their employees. Here's a secret that's not so secret anymore: cheap workers aren't respected privately. Publicly the CEO praises them in one-on-one communication but privately they boast to other CEOs or people about how little they pay them, as this inflates their ego and makes them feel powerful because they believe they are cheating the system. The other reason why someone less qualified has a job and you don't is that cheap workers often act as sycophants and flatterers. They tolerate disrespect from management simply to maintain their salary, and management feels empowered because it has complete dominion and control over these individuals. For this reason, such companies can only dream of a rock star person joining their team. We wanted to share these insights with you in case you are that rock star person or someone who can bring significant value but is not given the opportunity. It rarely has anything to do with your skills and expertise; it's because the company doesn't want to or cannot afford you. Stand your ground, don't undersell yourself because that's an invitation for disrespect. The right companies value people who value themselves! These are the places you want to work at - not only because of salary but because management understands the true cost of running a business and wants quality over cheap workers who fear speaking their minds. - TSL
See The Good In Everything

See The Good In Everything

The good in tech layoffs is that everything gets exposed. Deceitful, malevolent companies are revealing themselves. They expose their masks and facades. In the very first moment companies believed they no longer required tech professionals, they began discarding them like waste. They did so without any human approach, ethics, or empathy. This demonstrates everything about the company culture and their true nature! Now with the increased prices for premium AI models that are expected to rise again in the future, it's time for karma! Over time, this is inevitable! Companies will want the people back, but do they deserve them? You should not easily accept the layoffs. If the same company that laid you off wants to rehire you, you must demand a 50% pay increase as punishment for their ignorance and greed. Period. Do not be fooled by their crocodile tears. If a company has participated in layoffs, remember this saying: history tends to repeat itself, and while you work for them, they will look for ways to lay you off again to save costs. This poses a genuine threat. A snake never changes its character; it merely sheds its skin to become more cunning. Learn to identify the snakes in the tech industry. Avoid them because you'll get bitten again. Companies where darkness reigns should be left shrouded in darkness without people. Would you accept a partner in your personal life who had cheated on you and risk being cheated on again? Don't be naive or foolish. As we like to say frequently: no free pass for everyone! If a company wants to rehire you after laying you off, they should offer you an attractive salary; otherwise, don't accept. Even if they lay you off again, at least you took home a substantial salary, and the venom from the snake will feel less potent, allowing you to survive. This is a metaphor that we believe you can understand. They tell you "it's only business, don't take it personally" but it's another lie and deceit. You should take it personally, not in a vengeful way though because holding a grudge is not healthy. You are a human, and no one should treat you like disposable waste. For this reason, either don't accept an offer from a company that laid you off or if you do accept, make sure your salary is higher than the last time they fired you thinking AI would perform better. There is no going back after the hoe phase. Would you marry a woman who has gone through her promiscuous phase? Why should it be different for a company? "Just because it's business" - that excuse won't fly with us. - TSL
Take Back Your POWER

Take Back Your POWER

If you knew this, you would likely feel disgusted: some recruiters and HR professionals openly boast on LinkedIn when they reject a candidate because their answer wasn't in a way THEY expected. WTF? And because of this, the candidate does not progress to the next round, and hiring managers and CEOs never learn about the candidate - even though they could have been an excellent fit. That is what TSL aims to explain: cut out the middleman and you will reap benefits sooner. Fewer headaches, fewer pointless games, fewer disappointments. More rewards, more genuine communication, more opportunities for landing your next job. TAKE BACK YOUR POWER! Cooperate with recruiters and HR, but remember that they are being compensated to waste your time. Whether you secure the position or not, they will still receive a salary; you won't. It is your responsibility to protect your time, energy and sanity. No exceptions for anyone. It's high time to take back your full power and unleash the strength of this power! - TSL
Recruiters, HR professionals, and psychopathic CEOs are the bottleneck

Recruiters, HR professionals, and psychopathic CEOs are the bottleneck

Make no mistake about it: recruiters, HR, and certain CEOs with psychopathic and egotistical tendencies are a bottleneck. AI is not to blame; rather, it is those CEOs who think they know everything and believe they can "outsmart" the system while extracting great value without offering anything in return that are the problem. For individuals like these, karma always exists and will eventually catch up with them when they least expect it. Nobody respects these CEOs; employees tolerate them only due to monetary compensation, and their projects are buggy and filled with poor-quality code. That's the price these individuals pay for seeking "high quality at a low cost." It's a workplace you likely wouldn't want to be part of, so why subject yourself to disrespect in the first place? Even so, it's important to remember not to dislike or hate anyone involved in the process. Not everyone is bad; however, the truth is that if recruiters and HR are not the bottleneck, then the hiring manager or CEO becomes one - unsure of who to hire due to an overwhelming number of candidates, they may subject applicants to tests. This approach often drives away the best people due to perceived disrespect and immense ego from higher-ups. What is left to choose from are submissive and fearful candidates. The hiring manager and CEO may believe they have hired top talent, but in reality, they have hired timid individuals who were desperate for financial stability. In situations where recruiters and HR form a bottleneck, progression to further rounds becomes less likely, and hiring managers and CEOs never hear about you - if they do, it's probable that they would have hired you instead. This game can be nasty and unfortunate, but that is how it often goes. Protect your peace and aura by avoiding bottlenecks as much as possible! Recognize disrespect and depart promptly, or you'll leave later anyway! - TSL
Cut Off the Middleman (Recruiters, HR) for Greater Happiness and Strengthened Aura

Cut Off the Middleman (Recruiters, HR) for Greater Happiness and Strengthened Aura

This post aims to speak the truth without regard for one's feelings. Cut off the middleman (recruiters, HR, and any other intermediaries) in your job search, whether within the tech industry or elsewhere, and watch as your happiness increases significantly and your aura strengthens promptly. Why is this so? No more waiting for someone else to decide your fate, no more ghosting, no more unnecessary communication, and so forth. You win instantly! Since the world is not black and white and there are nuances, this does not mean you must completely stop relying on recruiters and HR. However, when you do rely on them, expect nothing in return to avoid disappointment. If they help you secure a perfect job, excellent; if not, you walk away without being hurt. Take charge of your life. Through simple online searches (including the use of AI in the process), you can find platforms where you can directly apply for jobs and communicate with hiring managers who make the final decisions about who gets hired. Even better, you can get in direct contact with them. No recruiters, no yo-yo communication, no unnecessary interaction. The reality is that recruiters and HR work primarily for themselves and the company. To them, you are just one of many candidates. Even if you are exceptionally skilled and experienced, they still treat you as any other candidate. This is unfair but that's how it is! Do you understand now why platforms like LinkedIn and others with recruiters and HR for every job make the hiring process seem broken? Zero free passes for all! No one will love or care for you more than you do yourself! For this reason, it is essential to take full ownership of your life and job applications. Rejections without a middleman cause less emotional pain. The chances of getting hired without a middleman in the process are significantly higher, which subconsciously tells you that each rejection brings you closer to the "yes" that leads to employment. When you rely on recruiters and HR, you're trapped in an endless cycle of rejections. Don't hate the game; learn to play it effectively and win! - TSL
Remember forever: recruiters and HR are not your friends - they are your allies, but remember they work primarily for themselves and the company

Remember forever: recruiters and HR are not your friends - they are your allies, but remember they work primarily for themselves and the company

This information may be difficult to accept, yet it is truthful. The truth often disregards one's feelings. Another hard truth to swallow. On a surface level, it may seem that recruiters and HR are rooting for your success in obtaining the job, and that they work for you. However, in reality, they work primarily for themselves and the company. They will ruthlessly reject you if the client so demands. They will not say a word to improve your situation. Stop relying and trusting recruiters and HR excessively. In fact, trust them 0% (zero percentage). Of course, this doesn't mean you need to argue with them. Doing so would be unwise! Instead, play the game, appear to be their ally, but remember that at the end of the day, they will prioritize the company's interests above all else. If you have friends who are recruiters and HR and they consistently side with candidates, exceptions do not make the rule. The majority sets the rule, and unfortunately, the majority of recruiters and HR will prioritize themselves and the companies they work for over you. Even if they know an unfair decision is being made towards you, they won't intervene. This is hypocrisy at its finest. Don't be fooled by a recruiter or HR's fake smile, ever! You are free to disagree with what has been said in this post, but keep in mind: this was written with the goal of protecting you, the job seeker. What's the point of ignoring the truth and getting hurt over and over again? Getting ignored, rejected, given unpaid work and test assignments, having your time wasted, only to get rejected in the next round. Think logically, not with emotions! Painful truth over sweet lies! It's the only way to navigate life effectively! Zero free pass to anyone! Period! - TSL
A day spent avoiding LinkedIn is a positive day worth cherishing

A day spent avoiding LinkedIn is a positive day worth cherishing

A day spent avoiding applications for fake jobs on LinkedIn, positions already filled, or those where a high-count female recruiter will reject you for trivial reasons, is truly a positive day worth cherishing. Savor such days and strive to increase their frequency. Minimize time spent on platforms like LinkedIn. While it's possible to find a valuable opportunity with persistence, the effort may not be worth it if you apply to 100 jobs, receive rejections from 60 of them, hear nothing back from 30, and are contacted for an interview by only 10, ultimately being rejected in subsequent stages. For many people, this has become the norm. That's why posts on LinkedIn about long-term unemployment or impending homelessness come as no surprise. Reframe your perspective: instead of wasting time where rejection is constant due to various factors (some mentioned above), invest your time where you aren't rejected and where interested parties reach out to you directly. Eliminate the middleman (recruiters and HR) and notice how the quality of your life and sleep improves. It's time for honesty. While some recruiters and HR excel at their jobs, not all do. They may lack the qualifications necessary to assess your skills and expertise, yet they still make decisions that impact your job prospects. If you are a job seeker, minimize your time on LinkedIn to protect your aura. Otherwise, you risk being hurt by false hope from unsuitable job opportunities. If this time were invested more wisely, you'd see far better results. Peace of mind above all else! - TSL
Through Strong Aura To Victory!

Through Strong Aura To Victory!

No one can take away your knowledge, skills, experience, memories, habits, dedication, consistency, etc. - the qualities that make you uniquely you! However, they can weaken your aura, and they have been doing so since the beginning of humanity. Do you understand now why depression has been promoted as a mainstream narrative? They want you with a weakened aura because this makes you more susceptible to negativity, misery, and unable to challenge the system by becoming the best version of yourself and achieving financial freedom. Whenever something senseless happens, such as the current situation in the tech marketplace, consider why it's happening! Partly it's due to human nature and greed, but it's also by design. Inflation, high prices, job losses, all these factors impact people's aura, making them weaker and easier to control! You can choose to believe in this or not, but remember: the facts remain unchanged regardless of your belief. You may wonder how you can win with a strong aura when winning today requires money. The philosophy behind this is simple: if you maintain composure in dangerous and stressful situations, you preserve both your mental and physical health. When you start earning money, you're already winning significantly. If, however, you allow stress to affect your body during difficult situations, cortisol levels will rise too much - ultimately causing harm to you and your wellbeing. By maintaining a strong aura, you preserve your overall health. When you start making money, you don't spend it on repairing lost health. If your aura becomes weak, when you start making money again, some of that money may go towards restoring your mental or physical health (or both). Choose wisely! Don't let them break you. If you know that negative forces seek an unfavorable outcome for you, give them the opposite - a positive outcome they didn't expect. This is a battle you can win with determination and resolve! Evil and darkness cannot exist when good and light prevail! - TSL
Recruiters, HRs, and Hiring Managers Are Aware of Your Value but Refuse to Pay You What You Deserve

Recruiters, HRs, and Hiring Managers Are Aware of Your Value but Refuse to Pay You What You Deserve

Take comfort in the knowledge that if recruiters, HRs, and hiring managers invest adequate time with you as a job seeker, they become fully aware of your worth and value. However, they refuse to pay what you are truly worth, which results in their selection of cheaper candidates and your rejection. Let them struggle through their own challenges. This situation provides valuable insight into the company's culture. It is not your responsibility to fix toxic environments. Instead of paying a fair wage for someone with significant value, they would rather hire someone at a lower cost and tolerate their mistakes, as opposed to compensating appropriately and reaping the benefits of exceptional talent. This is all you need to know. Stand firm in your convictions. Know your worth! - TSL
Brace Yourself, a Big Victory Approaches

Brace Yourself, a Big Victory Approaches

Brace yourself, suppressed, repressed, and undervalued job seekers in the tech market, a big victory is on the horizon within the upcoming months. Pride comes before a fall! When tech companies begin to recognize and have already recognized their mistake in letting go of exceptional talent, it will be too late to rectify the error. Due to excessive ego, pride, and arrogance among egotistical CEOs and hiring managers, they will never admit this mistake publicly. Never forget and always bear in mind: what is not publicly acknowledged does not mean it is not valid and true. Who wants to appear foolish after being duped and trying to replace you with AI tokens? Did you read the news about Microsoft and Uber burning a significant portion of their annual AI budget due to escalating costs associated with AI tokens, and it's already May? This is just the beginning! This situation is not one that TSL wishes to occur, but rather something that TSL foresees happening before it does. It's inevitable. We have already reached a point where replacing a developer with AI costs as much or more than a developer's salary. The question arises: if developers are replaced by AI, then who is spending the AI tokens since they cannot do so themselves? You can see that it's a false narrative. Remain strong and never for a moment believe the deceptive narrative that AI will replace developers and technical professionals. This is not going to happen as it is portrayed! If no senior developers are produced in the next 5-10-15 years, who will be the senior developers in 5-10-15 years from now, AI? Things don't add up, and when they don't add up, it's a deceptive narrative. Companies may resort to cheaper AI models, but they will still face the consequences of ignoring reality: intelligent, hardworking problem solvers are irreplaceable, and unfortunately, they are not as common as many think. Companies can find someone who can do the job, but will that be enough? They secretly yearn for a rock-star individual to join their team, but will they deserve such an individual on their team? It depends on their actions, past and present. Take heed not to be mistaken: tides will turn in favor of tech professionals, but due to excessive ego and pride, some tech companies will continue to make mistakes until they learn the lesson the hard way. This is why stay calm and know that everything will work out in the end. Don't just believe it, but know it! What goes around comes around! - TSL
The illusion of too many options

The illusion of too many options

One of the most pervasive illusions is the illusion of an abundance of choices. Specifically in the job marketplace, when a hiring manager sees numerous applicants, they believe "excellent, I have multiple options; I can wait" which means as a candidate, "you must wait" because you are considered "one of many" in the eyes of the hiring manager. It is an absolute fallacy. While there may be a multitude of choices available, how many of these selections are actually GOOD choices? The majority consists of noise. If all options were sound, selecting any option would not make a difference because you could not go wrong. Is this the reality we encounter in practice? Absolutely not! This is why hiring processes frequently take an unreasonably long time until suitable candidates have been identified and ultimately, either no one may be hired or not the most suitable candidate may be chosen due to various factors. In a delusional market, it is not worthwhile to demonstrate that you are "one of few" as they will perceive this as overzealousness and may still reject you. For this reason, it is essential that you acknowledge the current situation and apply an appropriate strategy. If you're a job seeker, diversify your applications by submitting them on various platforms, not just one, two, or even three. Submit applications to jobs on at least five platforms to maximize your chances of being noticed by companies that are genuinely hiring. Companies that are not actively recruiting will not even consider your CV or may reject you because they are "fully staffed" and not "eager." Provide your services where there is demand, in locations where companies hire genuinely. Since you cannot determine which company is hiring genuinely, you must apply to jobs on multiple platforms. Allow those who choose to believe in this deception to continue doing so, but you recognize the truth because the truth will liberate you and empower you to navigate the market successfully! - TSL
Distance is the only answer to disrespect

Distance is the only answer to disrespect

Recognize things as they truly are, and you have solved half the problem. Avoid justifying anything or anyone; simply perceive situations clearly without bias. Offer no exceptions to anyone! Ghost job postings with positions already filled? Rejection for a job position despite qualifications, without even being given an opportunity for the first interview? Assignment requests prior to the first interview, followed by rejection and non-attendance of the first interview? These situations, and similar ones, are open displays of disrespect. In simple terms: D-I-S-R-E-S-P-E-C-T The only response to disrespect is distance. Spelled out for you: D-I-S-T-A-N-C-E Limit your availability to recruiters, as this may deter them further. If you constantly post on LinkedIn or other platforms in the hope of catching their attention and securing a job, they'll recognize that you're doing so solely for attention and employment. This will make them less inclined to hire you. The human psyche is responsible for this phenomenon: people desire what they cannot have. Have you ever noticed how many interview invitations you receive once you secure a job? I think you get the idea! One of the most frequent errors is when candidates are rejected for a position, they become even more determined and increase their LinkedIn posts or contact the recruiter to request a second chance? This is a major blunder; avoid doing this. Instead, send the recruiter an amicable email expressing gratitude for the opportunity and indicate that if a suitable position arises in the future, they should reach out to you because you'll be occupied with your own projects. Either do this or refrain from sending an email altogether. Simply disappear. Establish some distance! When you create space, you establish boundaries and self-respect! This is appealing to recruiters (even female recruiters with high body counts) because they perceive that you cannot be controlled, manipulated, and are unconcerned about the outcome. The concept of supply and demand serves as a coping mechanism; do not accept it as truth! Although there may be numerous candidates for one job position (it is worth noting that only a small percentage of these candidates can perform the job effectively), experienced recruiters in the industry can typically identify suitable candidates within the first few minutes of the initial interview! When they never provide you with an opportunity for a first interview, they cannot learn this information and make judgments based on your CV or trivial factors, solely to justify their laziness and dishonesty. Do not be afraid to decline job offers, even if they appear ideal on paper. What is destined for you will always belong to you, and no one can take it away! Create distance when disrespect is present; move on and you shall prevail! - TSL
Be humble or you'll stumble

Be humble or you'll stumble

Maintain humility or risk falling! This principle applies universally. For job seekers: Remain humble while enhancing your value during your spare time. For technical companies: Maintain humility as well. If you disrespect the job seekers, they will share a link to this website with you, leaving you embarrassed when you discover the secrets of what's truly happening are readily accessible to the public. - TSL
Three things cannot be long hidden: the sun, the moon, and the truth

Three things cannot be long hidden: the sun, the moon, and the truth

Much like feminism deceives women into postponing marriage until their mid-to-late 30s, something (which is for you to discern) also misleads technology companies to eliminate employees in favor of AI machines. Over 90% of childless and unmarried women from their 40s onward deeply regret this decision, realizing too late that they cannot rectify the error. Although they may not admit it publicly, it is a fact. A heterosexual woman without family or children in her late 30s, 40s, and beyond is comparable to a man in his 30s, 40s, and beyond who lacks personal fulfillment and financial success. In both instances, a significant value is lost from both genders, with one major difference: the man has the time to rectify his mistakes and regain his value. This is an uncompromising truth. If this statement offends you, it was not the intention. The purpose was: ALWAYS THINK CRITICALLY! DON'T FOLLOW TRENDS AND WHAT EVERYONE ELSE IS DOING BECAUSE WHEN YOU REALIZE YOU HAVE BEEN MISLED, NO ONE WILL COME TO HELP YOU OR SAVE YOU! A similar crisis is brewing in the tech industry: companies downsize their workforce, eliminating talented, intelligent, and hardworking individuals under the illusion that AI will provide them with everything they need and make them extremely wealthy. Given their financial ruin due to AI expenses, what face will these same companies show when they desire the return of these employees? This is similar to when a woman leaves her partner because she believes she can find someone better and wealthier but later finds herself exploited and unfulfilled, seeking to return to the man she left. In this situation, a man should seldom take her back due to past disrespect, as their relationship will inevitably deteriorate and eventually break. Why do tech companies believe candidates won't recognize the pattern and wish to rejoin the same company, risking being disrespected twice? If you are a job seeker, consider carefully if the same company that laid you off offers you a position again. This decision is yours, but be aware they tried to replace you with AI and failed. It's best not to rejoin them or, if you do, request a higher salary than the one offered when they let you go. If they refuse, move on. There are companies that will value your worth! The deception perpetrated by feminism: men and women are enemies who should disrespect each other; women can be promiscuous and make their own choices without consequences; marriage is unnecessary. This will lead to a slow population decline over generations. The deception about AI: humans will be replaced by AI. Companies, believing this misconception, lay off people to "save money" because they believe something inevitable is bound to happen. If you love yourself and recognize your worth, no one can defeat you!

Temporary setbacks such as rejected job applications are par for the course. Even if you receive rejections 100 or 500 times, if you love yourself and understand your worth, no one can conquer you! You will outlast all those who have declined you, and in the end, you will triumph! This is a promise! If nothing can break your spirit, you are destined to win and continue winning throughout life. While pain, frustration, anger, self-doubt may be an inevitable part of the journey, remember that these emotional states should only be temporary. Ideally, they shouldn't appear at all, but even if they do, it is a reminder that you are human. There's nothing wrong with that. What's detrimental is when these emotions dominate and bring you down. In this state, you can easily be controlled. A strong spirit is essential! It's also crucial to maintain realism throughout the process. If candidates struggle to secure employment for an extended period of 2+ years, it's time for self-reflection. Regular introspection is even more beneficial. Every candidate should ask themselves: - Is my CV truly effective? Have I adequately highlighted my value and experience within the CV? - Do I behave inappropriately during interviews, say something unsuitable, or lack proper communication skills? Am I needy? (Note: discussing past difficulties such as multiple layoffs or a prolonged job search will not help you. This level of candor rarely benefits recruiters.) - Am I physically fit and well groomed, appropriately dressed, and presentable during interviews? (Note: you don't have to be model-like or overdressed, but if recruiters perceive that you care for your appearance, it significantly boosts your chances of being hired. Another hard truth in life and business!) - Am I applying to the wrong companies on the wrong platforms? (Note: this is crucial! If you persistently knock on closed doors, you'll miss open ones.) Broaden your network and apply beyond LinkedIn extensively! Maintain a strong spirit and positive aura, and victory will be yours! Nothing is more potent than confidence and belief in yourself. Even if 1000 companies decline you, but you are confident (in a realistic manner) that you bring immense value, ultimately, you'll succeed and secure employment! Nothing can hinder your progress if you wholeheartedly believe you offer tremendous value! - TSL
