The classic vicious circle companies frequently experience when hiring new personnel is as follows: they have good employees in their company -> some of this staff either quit on their own or are laid off -> companies initiate the hiring process -> they find good people who fit the job well -> companies think they can do better and reject excellent candidates -> later, companies complain about a shortage of tech talent, as they disregarded the talent that was readily available -> companies return to the hiring process once again -> at some point, deadlines become pressing -> companies hire whomever is available at the time. This cycle is experienced by 90% of companies at least once in their business lifespan. It's a well-known pattern. From a corporate perspective, the vicious cycle can be succinctly described as follows: having the item you claim to desire within your reach, rather than seizing it and keeping it - you reject it; then you pursue something supposedly better, only to discover that this "better" may not actually be superior. Eventually, you settle for the new item you found, which has similar quality as the initial item or even lower quality (karmic justice served). This cycle often reveals a lack of sound judgment and an excessive focus on greed within the company. There is a significant psychological aspect behind the vicious circle, but for now, we choose to keep our deep understanding of it confidential. However, we encourage you to delve into this profound truth with the aid of artificial intelligence. So, proceed in research mode! ;) The delusion, or "delulu" is part of this vicious circle. The notion that "I can do better / I can find better" accounts for 99% of the delusion. Let's take a brief detour before we return to the tech world. This delusion is extremely prevalent in the feminist community and among modern women who are more hypergamous (if you are unaware of this term, look it up) than ever. In pursuit of this, women reject suitable partners who have stable employment or other commitments but seek millionaires and ultrarich individuals instead. Consequently, they either end relationships with excellent partners or reject them to pursue the wealthy, only to be used, abused, and discarded like waste by these individuals. After this harrowing experience and following a phase of promiscuity, the woman is "extremely happy" to return to her partner, but it's usually too late, and she has lost everything, returning to square one. This is the classic delulu phase among modern women. There is nothing modern about performing random, senseless actions (which people recognize as foolish from the start) only to lose everything and refer to this as "experience." However, it's a democratic and free world, so we have no objections and cannot dictate anyone's behavior. We can comment, though, to make a point. Labels like misogyny will not be effective because we are describing events that have occurred and continue to occur; we are not inventing them. Returning to the tech world, the delusion is seeking perfection while offering little in return. "No candidate is good enough" characterizes delusional companies. The delusion can manifest as follows: The candidate looks to the left or right during an interview, blinks during the interview, bites their lips during the interview, speaks during the interview - auto-rejection. It's amusing, isn't it? Whatever the candidate does, gets rejected. When companies look for any reason to reject a candidate, then it's a delusional company. What does the company offer to have the right to ask for "unicorn" candidates? (unicorns do not exist, and, by extension, unicorn candidates do not exist either!) Companies often forget that they offer a salary and take the most valuable asset - time - in return. If an employee tragically passes away, within one week, there is a job posting to fill the vacant position. The reality is closer that companies don't care about employees, hence they don't have the right to ask for too much. Once again, we will say it's a free and democratic world, but the consequences of reality cannot be avoided or delayed indefinitely. So, what is the real solution, or "solulu"? It's relatively simple if you ask us. Instead of asking for more than you have the right to ask for (thus conveying a lack, cockiness, arrogance to the universe and failing to exhibit humility), show gratitude because gratitude is the frequency of receiving! Let's provide two separate examples: in the tech world, if a company after several rounds of interviews sees that the candidate can clearly perform the job and has the ability to learn whatever comes their way, on top of having a great personality and not being problematic, this is what 99% of companies want to find. Then why the delusional rejection in search of something even better? Similarly, in the dating world, if a man and woman see they are a good fit for each other, instead of trying to make things work, either both or one of them goes into delusional mode and thinks they can find something better only to end up finding either a similar person or, as karmic punishment, an even worse person. At the end of the delusional and greedy phase, often a karmic punishment arrives, and the price is paid with peace of mind, lost time, drama, chaos, or else that cannot be measured materially. A candidate who is a "perfect" fit on paper, has decent looks, performs well in interviews, and is welcomed on board by the company later discovers that the candidate either lacks practical skills as it appeared during the interviews or becomes a toxic employee in some way. The company is crushed by believing the beautiful facade both on paper and in appearance and ignoring everything else, while another top-notch candidate who was truly the perfect fit for the job gets rejected because he didn't answer a certain question word for word as expected, or a trivial reason like touching his hair during the interview. In the feminist world, a woman may find the wealthy man she has always dreamed of, but later discovers that she is not the only girlfriend in his life and pays with peace of mind knowing she has been cheated on heavily but because she values money, she may remain in the relationship. Ultimately, this rarely works well in the long-run. There's drama, chaos, turmoil, and eventually reality sets in, and the pair splits. There are countless examples, we only provided two. The real solution for those who think "I can do better / I can find better" is to ask themselves: "What do I offer to have the right to ask for so much? Is what I offer really rare or is it actually very common?" Beauty is common in the feminine world. Money are common in the tech world - every company offers a salary. What makes you so special to hold delusional criteria? Just because you want it? Long-term, it won't work because karmic laws are unavoidable. Highly skilled, experienced, capable, well-versed, smart, empathetic, emotionally intelligent candidates aren't that common. If a company receives 100+ applications, then why does it scrutinize and interview many candidates? If all candidates were of similar quality, then within the first ten candidates, the company would find their new employee. However, this rarely happens, doesn't it? We'll say it again: gratitude is the frequency of receiving! Be happy with what you have, because only when something is lost, then its true value and meaning are discovered!!!!! The grass isn't greener on the other side! Delusional and greedy behavior often lead to missed opportunities, and a price that cannot be measured materially is paid, which is often the highest type of price! As for the best approach when someone is going through the delusional phase, we are certain of one thing: it's impossible to reason with an irrational mind because for them, the irrational is rational. You can present all the evidence, all the facts, but they will continue to believe what they want in order to sustain their delusion. Only when consequences are felt and reality sets in does the delusional mind become a rational mind. Approximately 99% of the ultra-wealthy individuals in this world have acquired their fortunes through a deal with the devil. In 2026, this information should not surprise you. If someone were writing this in 1996, they would be labeled as crazy. The system often labels awakened people as crazy, but it can no longer work because too many people have awakened. There is a solid majority that remains sleeping but is being forced to wake up and will eventually do so one way or another. A deal with the devil does not necessarily mean the most horrific things you might read on the internet (though, with proper research, they are not hard to find). However, for wealth in excess of hundreds of millions and billions of dollars, such transactions may have occurred. A deal with the devil can be an agreement to push a certain narrative and agenda that usually benefits the elites and is detrimental to humanity, which is so subtle that the "sleeping beauties" in the matrix can never see the big picture. A deal with the devil can also mean a CEO of a tech company who has received substantial funding but must comply with investor demands. Essentially, this person becomes a controlled and owned CEO. If they are asked to implement a certain percentage of tech layoffs, they must do so or risk losing their business. A deal with the devil can also involve an individual who will be granted immense wealth and high status but must provide human sacrifices from their closest circle - family members such as mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, spouses, etc., who will leave this world either through cancer or in a "died suddenly and unexpectedly" manner. Consider the various possible meanings of "a deal with the devil" and you'll gain a clear understanding of the concept. Whether you believe what has been presented thus far is up to you. If you don't, you risk being overwhelmed by someone who has made such a deal. The ability to assess situations and the people you interact with daily can be a life-saving skill! Control is the name of the game. A person with substantial wealth does not rely on the system and therefore has the freedom to say and do as they please, thus exerting significant influence over the masses - which is dangerous for the system. The control of wealthy individuals is established through various mechanisms. Does this mean that it is impossible to become rich without making a deal with the devil? On the contrary, you can amass substantial wealth (defined differently by everyone) and earn hundreds of thousands or even several million dollars while remaining safe from harm as long as you remain under the radar. However, such individuals still become potential targets because their wealth is known - bank balance privacy is a myth! Thinking that all rich people are evil is a destructive mindset, though it is a fact that some rich people can be ruthless and engage in unethical activities that are not considered illegal from a legal perspective. We do not think with a destructive mindset, of course! Our intention (to help people understand and gain a broader perspective) is simply to shed light on the fact that when things don't make sense, there is more going on behind the scenes than what is presented to the public. For example, a CEO who is fully controlled and owned by investors or a CEO who has extensive networking and has done much "bootlicking" and/or "ass-kissing" (figuratively or literally) will never disclose such information to the public. Instead, they will present a polished image to the public while keeping the truth confined to a select few. For this reason, when you see CEOs of companies making announcements about their success and achievements in public, maintain a healthy dose of skepticism because you do not see their connections, their investors, or what is truly happening behind the scenes. You do not have access to their bank transactions to obtain a full understanding! The people who work the hardest are not always paid the most. There are individuals who work multiple jobs and never become rich. While it can be argued that hard work is not the answer, combining it with smart work will yield successful results. Selling time for money does not typically make most people wealthy (unless they are well-compensated) because time is limited, and inflation is steadily eroding everyone's wealth. A significant amount of knowledge alone - such as that rich people invest in assets that generate income for them - may not be enough to achieve wealth beyond worrying about money. A good question to ask yourself is: "In any given industry where there are numerous businesses, how was a certain company able to make so much money compared to other companies that struggle or survive month by month?" If you cannot find a reasonable explanation, you have the right to make assumptions, but be cautious about sharing them with others as they may label you in one way or another - you could very well be correct but unable to provide concrete evidence. The truth, as we understand it, is as follows: not all, but most high-ranking individuals within companies, particularly large corporations and organizations, have struck a deal with the devil to achieve success in their respective industries. This means they must comply with orders. For instance, if they are told to dismiss a certain percentage of employees, they must follow suit or risk losing their business's financial stability. This is only one aspect of the truth that goes much deeper and broader. We encourage you to conduct your own research to uncover the full truth! Another truth that you may have gathered from previous posts is this: recruiters and HR personnel work for themselves and the company they represent. They serve as middlemen, looking for keywords in your CV, making decisions that can be irrational at times if your CV doesn't perfectly match the job description keywords. This is one of the most detestable practices found within the tech industry and beyond, where there are middlemen. Can you imagine a situation where someone who is not qualified for a position evaluates another person's qualifications? On what planet is that possible? We must ensure this becomes impossible on our planet! It's absurd! The most that recruiters and HR should do is assess someone's soft skills and communication skills, something they claim to do but often fail at, becoming arrogant in the process, while also evaluating your technical qualifications, despite not being qualified themselves. They will never admit or tell you this, but that's how it is! If this isn't true for all recruiters and HR, it is true for a substantial percentage of them. This is why the company hiring you may never hear about you, preventing you from presenting yourself, showcasing your knowledge, demonstrating your abilities, and so on. Here is another truth that is crucial to understand (it adds to the first truth): layoffs are a form of spiritual warfare against people. Someone decides who gets to work and earn a living. This someone does not care about your qualifications for the job. If you are on some blacklist somewhere, undesirable to be hired regardless of your exceptional personality and impressive qualifications due to being targeted by the system (consider "the system" as broadly as possible), then you will not be hired, even if you are the perfect candidate for the job. Can you comprehend this? Do you know that this is not irrational and is very real? You can combat this by applying to jobs at companies run by normal people who have remained steadfast and haven't sold their souls. Since you cannot determine this when you apply for a specific job position, apply anyway. In the process, things will reveal themselves. Trust your intuition and the energy you feel from the other side. Trust your instincts 100%! Here is another truth that you must absolutely know (it supplements the first truth): AI is not to blame! AI cannot replace human time, energy, or emotional intelligence. They claim "AI can work 24/7" but this statement is a colossal lie and nonsense. They tell you this lie to justify firing you or offering you significantly lower pay than what you truly deserve. The true culprit is as follows: hiring managers and CEOs who are not necessarily evil people, but they believe they're "smarter" than everyone else and can accomplish it with AI and a smaller workforce that will be overworked and exploited to replace other tech professionals; hiring managers and CEOs who are smart and malicious - they disguise this by appearing charming in public while making decisions behind closed doors that remain unknown publicly, thus maintaining their "perfect" image, but you only feel the consequences through layoffs or not getting the job. Ladies and gentlemen, this is your culprit. We cannot reveal the full culprit yet, but it boils down to the first truth: people sell their soul and are forced to do things they must do or risk losing their business. Do you now realize that the entire battle is for the spirit and the aura of humanity? They know if you don't have a job and financial security, your aura is likely to weaken (if you don't know how to protect it) and become vulnerable, attracting negativity. Who benefits from this? Who benefits from weakening society and making people miserable? This is your real culprit hiding behind the curtains! We invite you to conduct thorough research on your own. We know the details, but we provide a chance for the tech industry to correct itself; otherwise, more severe measures will be taken by us. It is incredibly naive to believe that in any given industry where many similar businesses exist, some manage to succeed and progress while others struggle simply due to their "extreme dedication" or "intelligence" when in fact it's far more likely that the top people within these companies have joined secret organizations and sold their soul. Always conduct your research, never blindly trust anyone, not even TSL, despite our knowledge of speaking the truth. We encourage you to research and arrive at your own conclusions! Don't you find it strange that AI can be used in any industry, not just the tech industry, yet the technical industry seems to be greatly affected by layoffs? What about accountants, translators, lawyers, doctors, and other professions that require a laptop and internet connection, why isn't AI causing layoffs there? Here's our perspective on this: technology governs the lives of billions of people. Through technology, a global control network and mass surveillance can be established and are being attempted to be established. An accountant or a lawyer is limited in their country where they work. The technical industry operates differently: it transcends borders. Hence, the technical sector is so greatly affected by layoffs: it's not because the salaries of tech professionals are astronomical, but because it forms one of the pillars that controls humanity! Each smartphone, each laptop, each PC, each tablet is driven by technology, and whoever controls the technology and information, controls the world. If good people are employed and powerful, they can fight back and change the world. But if they're left to struggle and fight for a job, they don't have the time or energy to fight. Do you now see that it is truly a spiritual warfare? Here's another truth: human nature itself, greed, and the desire to save money and not pay people what they deserve are additional factors contributing to the chaos in the tech industry. There is abundant cash and wealth in the world but it's not equally distributed. Money can be printed from paper; there can always be more money made. Money serves as leverage against people to keep their vibration low, weaken their aura, and maintain control over them. Although salaries within the tech industry are certainly decent, they are not astronomical enough to warrant layoffs. Top athletes, top football players, top basketball players earn millions of dollars and euros on a monthly basis. There is abundance of money in the world but they want you to believe otherwise because whatever you believe becomes your reality! Always investigate, never stop learning and growing, and never accept any excuse from anyone regarding your worth and value.
