This Is Why We Compare Feminism and the Tech Industry

Across our posts from time to time, we often mention women and the impact of feminism on women before continuing to discuss the circumstances in the tech industry. One might wonder if we dislike women, but the truth is completely the opposite: we like women and we act as their protectors, regardless of what we write. The things we write provocatively about women are done with the intention of catching the reader's attention and inspiring thought about both feminism and the tech industry. Can you guess why we compare feminism and the tech industry? If you are able to guess by now, you're a true champion. It's a simple reason: the level of delusion we notice in both places is similar, if not exactly the same nature. In the feminist world, women are taught-or even brainwashed-to believe they all deserve the top 1% or top 10% man who earns hundreds of thousands of dollars per month, or even millions of dollars per month. Meanwhile, the hard-working man who still earns a decent salary is simply not good enough (such a man may not be a millionaire right now, but may become one in the future!). We notice a similar delusion in the tech industry: candidates who are excellent fits for a role are still rejected because tech companies chase an illusory top 1% or top 10% of candidates. In both cases, we observe self-sabotaging behavior. There is a similar pattern of issue: women who are very attractive and women who are average or below average want the same man. In the tech world, companies that are wonderful places to work, pay very well, and treat people well, and companies that are self-serving, pay low salaries, and exploit people to the fullest, want the same quality of developer. Funny enough, neither women nor the tech companies are the prize! In the real world, we call this delusion. Let's address the feminist world first: women are wonderful; they carry the next generation of offspring that will live in the world. From a woman's biological perspective, it's natural for a woman to want to have the best man who can provide, protect, and care for her. There are millions of men out there who can do this, but because they are not rich or not attractive, according to the delusional calculator, they are not good enough. A man who is smart, tall, charismatic, has a six-pack, an athletic body, a good sense of humor, and earns very well (minimum $500K per year) is much rarer than beautiful women because beautiful women are everywhere. Exactly because of this, the man is the prize! When women reject men who are excellent fits for them in most areas of life and with whom they can build a wonderful life, it is natural to call this a delusion and self-sabotage. Frequent luxury travels, winning and dining, expensive shopping, and parties on a yacht are things that many women don't experience in life, yet they are happy because they married the love of their life. Naturally, women are picky, but the line between too picky and delusion is thin. There are wonderful women out there who will support their man in his dreams and goals, but some women just want a multi-millionaire man delivered to their doorstep. That is exactly what the delusion is all about! A man who has suffered a lot, has worked a lot, and has gone through his trials and tribulations to become a multi-millionaire will have fun with lots of girls, but marry none of them. Women happily share a successful man, but when the time to settle down, marry, and have kids arrives, reality kicks in. The more time women wait, the less likely it is that they will find the man of their dreams in pre-built condition because the unpleasant truth is that successful and rich men prefer younger and hotter girls. A woman who is 35+ years old, who has traveled the world and experienced a rich lifestyle, and is still single, will have a difficult time accepting settling down for a partner who may not provide her with the lifestyle she is used to, but she ignores the fact that this man will take excellent care of her and she will enjoy status in society as a married woman with kids. This is what eventually ruins women when they find themselves aged 40+ without a husband, marriage, and kids. It becomes a vicious circle: the men the woman wants don't want her, and the men that want the woman, she doesn't want them. Natural selection is one thing, but delusion is another. There are men who are weird, don't know how to behave with women, are not ambitious, and don't have a goal in life, and naturally these men will be ignored by women, until they improve their ways. What we just wrote is not valid for all women, of course. It is valid for that percentage of women that creates the perception on social media, like all women are gold diggers. We know all women aren't gold diggers, but all women want an ambitious man (translated: they want to see a future with money if that's not possible right now) hahaha. What we wrote about the feminist world can be applied to the tech world: tech companies enter a delusional state of mind when they want something that's rarer than them and think they deserve it just like that. A tech person who has a Master's degree or PhD in some area of the tech world, who is very capable technically, is very good in communication, has great personality, has great soft skills, and will want to work for a lower salary to serve the company and make them money, is significantly rarer than top-notch companies who offer very good conditions for their employees. Another delusion among tech companies involves unreasonably high criteria for a job that doesn't require such criteria-they do this in the hope of attracting the best candidates, but this is the wrong choice because it's based on a bait-and-switch strategy, kind of. With the appearance of AI, tech layoffs, and the struggle among technical people to find a job, we cannot but notice the similarities that exist in feminism and the difficulty of getting a job in the tech world. What if this is exactly what the elites wanted to do? They applied the same tactic, this time to the tech world. However, the dangers of both delusions are evident: single unmarried women for life, single mothers, family units broken apart; in the tech world: people unable to find jobs for prolonged periods despite their expertise, tech companies "frustrated" that they just can't find the employee they're looking for, and lost trust between companies and employees for good. In the end, things work out the way they should. With time, people realize what they need to realize and adjust accordingly. Those who never learn the lesson continue on the same path for life. It's not all dark, just like it's not all sunshine and rainbows. We wanted to give you the philosophical approach for why we mention women and feminism in posts when we discuss things from the technical world. For those who take things too literally, we suggest calming down a bit, because despite what's been written, suitable partners still find each other without delusional criteria, and tech companies still find candidates without delusional criteria. - TSL

COMING IN 2027? The Impact of Feminism on the Tech Industry and Beyond

COMING SOON IN THE ANNOUNCEMENT A highly anticipated post that will shed light on the role of feminism in the tech industry and beyond (rest assured: we'll present it tactfully; but if things don't improve there may be no self-censorship at all). If there is no improvement in the tech job market by December 31st, 2026, this post will be published.

The Social Order Is Founded on Deceptions

The social agreement is constructed upon deceptions! For those who adhere too strongly to mainstream media and the general populace, this article may come as a startling revelation. Unfortunately, these individuals will continue to be victimized by the system, believing it to be beneficial until their last breath. There is an infamous saying which suggests that nothing in this world functions as we believe it does. While we could provide numerous examples, let's consider a few to make the point: the taxes paid by citizens are not always used to enhance the nation and improve the quality of life for its people but rather to pay off national debts, enrich bankers and the elite; the educational system does not exist to nurture critical thinkers but to produce obedient workers who never question the system; the healthcare system doesn't exist to heal the sick, but to keep them dependent on medication because a cured patient is a lost patient and lost profit; corporations do not exist to enrich their employees - they exist solely for self-enrichment, and so forth. The salary of each employee, whether it's $1,000, $2,000, $3,000, $5,000 or $10,000+ per month, pales in comparison to the immense wealth present within the economy and in relation to the time, energy, intellectual capital, and cognitive effort provided by each employee. It's not even a drop in the ocean - it's less than that! While CEOs enjoy lavish vacations on yachts or drive luxury cars, employees are paid just enough to cover their expenses, buy groceries, clothes, and if well-compensated, take vacations to exotic destinations. This revelation may shatter many individuals' illusions, but it's for the better! Once the illusion is dispelled, it's gone forever, and the door to a new world with infinite potential opens! While earning any of the aforementioned amounts if it suits your lifestyle is "acceptable" (because it's the reality for employees), we encourage you to think big. Think about what's possible if you live life to its fullest potential! Imagine yourself enjoying freedom, not having to work a soul-crushing job for an arrogant, self-serving boss or team, imagine having the financial means to buy anything reasonable you desire (not necessarily yachts - you get the idea!). Well, that's actually a normal version of life; everything else is a form of servitude, accepted as "normal" merely because people manage to pay their bills and have some money left over at the end of the month if they're fortunate. Make no mistake: greed is one thing, but abundance is an entirely different concept. We're discussing abundance! On this topic, we could write a novel, but we will focus on deceptions with regard to the hiring process and employees in the tech industry in the following paragraphs. It is crucial to note that these observations can easily be applied to every job in every industry. First, let's debunk one of the most pervasive myths that drives society: money does not buy happiness! When wealthy celebrities proclaim this, they are insulting the intelligence of the masses. Philosophically, happiness stems from within; we wholeheartedly believe in this notion. There are many rich individuals who are internally unhappy and ruin their lives with vices, but they remain affluent, and if the worst-case scenario occurs, someone inherits their wealth. A chance for someone to build a dream life is created! Can this exist if they were not wealthy in the first place? Money buys freedom, money grants power, and ultimately, money procures happiness because it alleviates 99% of the stress in life, allowing people to avoid tasks they dislike. The bankers and elite are well aware of this fact; thus, they employ sophisticated psychological operations (psyops) to keep the populace ignorant, uninformed, and unable to see their own chains of servitude. This loop has been on repeat since ancient times. When the world built upon lies collapses and falls, a new world will rise! In the context of the tech industry, let's examine a few deceptions: - Companies claim they seek a top-tier candidate when hiring, but they often reject the same individuals due to psychological fear that the illusion of something unattainable comes to an end! Once people obtain what they desire, all illusions dissipate. This phenomenon exists after all! However, since "no candidate is suitable for the position" the pursuit of the perfect candidate continues. People strive for things that are unreachable. A simple yet powerful psychological principle that often leads to self-sabotage. - Any excuse, such as the company's current financial difficulties preventing the hiring candidate from receiving their desired salary, is 99.99% fabricated. They simply refuse to pay employees what they are worth due to fear that a financially secure employee may eventually leave the company. But what if the employee decides to stay and delivers exceptional work motivated by fair compensation? Such scenarios expose the true nature of companies. - When the time for promotion or salary increase arrives, and the company tells the employee to wait another year for the same wage using whatever excuse, it is 99.99% a deception. They simply do not wish to part with their profits, unaware that they may lose the employee. In reality, they are well aware of this risk, but they feign ignorance, believing that if the employee departs, they can find someone else for the same salary or less. - When specific technologies are listed in a job description and the candidate has "only" three years of experience instead of the required five, it is 99.99% a deception. This serves as a cheap excuse to reject candidates and maintain the illusion of something unattainable. Remember: those with wealth do not care about intelligence when hiring from within their families - what matters most is that the person comes from a particular lineage. These skills can be acquired once the individual begins working. Transferred to the tech industry, if a company claims that the candidate must have five years of experience in some technology but the candidate has only three and cannot be hired due to this deficiency, it is 99.99% a deception. You are familiar with the phrase: "People can have PhDs and still be idiots." People can have five or more years of experience in some technology and still not reach the level the company desires. If they hire this person, in the end, the company may face karmic retribution, but their need for a "safe" candidate is fulfilled. - Companies claim they want top talent, but when such a person appears and the CTO or key people in the company realize that this individual could outshine them and replace them, they reject this candidate in favor of someone who is less intelligent and less capable so that they can maintain their positions. The list could go on, but we believe it has provided enough food for thought to spark your curiosity about other deceptions. The social order is founded upon deceptions, and we all participate in the game to fit in. As you delve deeper, you come to understand the true nature of people and their games or hidden agendas. It doesn't have to be this way, but that's how it currently is. Let's hope the future brings a better world. It seems we are moving in that direction, but until then, things will remain unchanged. - TSL

Removing The Middle Man Has Become A Necessity

Across the non-pinned posts, we have written extensively about how recruiters and HR can act as a bottleneck, but bear this in mind: it's not always their fault. The culprit can also be the CTO, the hiring manager, or even the applicants themselves, because too many applicants create too much noise, and the company struggles to choose just one candidate for the job. For any given situation, the responsible party could be different each time. Having written so much on this topic, we realized a pinned post was overdue, and here it is! The truth must be told, otherwise, applicants will continue to suffer needlessly. It is not a pleasant truth, but we will maintain the same style: no free passes for anyone, and no sugarcoating. We do not care if someone perceives these posts as negative because the truth is the truth, regardless of how many people believe it! Recruiters and HR are paid time wasters (they are masters at wasting time), while candidates are not paid for their wasted time. Here is why it is an absolute must to cut the middleman: no "ping-pong" communication, no meaningless interviews where you are evaluated on whether you are "human" or if you will fit in with the team (for instance, the recruiter may not like you for some reason, even though you could be an excellent fit for the tech team, but they never get to meet you), no unnecessary drama, and no unnecessary nonsense, if you want the rawest account. In defense of recruiters and HR, we will acknowledge that it is not always their fault, but since they are the company's public face, they absorb the blame. Maybe this suggests a need for change, but changes in company ways happen very rarely and very slowly. However, the irony in all of this is that almost all companies hire either through internal recruiters and HR or through external recruiters and HR. The latter is much worse. Now consider this irony as well: if you message the CTO, the CEO, or the hiring manager directly, this is no guarantee that you will get a faster process or even that you will get the job. At the time of writing this post, this is true. In the future, things may normalize, rendering this statement invalid. It is also true that a lot of applicants per job posting create a mess, but ultimately, isn't it recruiters and HR's job to narrow down the list and proceed with the most qualified candidates? They claim to do this, but in the end, even the selected candidates get rejected as if "no one is good enough" for a job that pays a regular salary - the biggest irony of all! It may appear like the system is broken, but the system works exactly as it is designed to work - just not in favor of the people. The saying that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer is true. We say that the "outsiders" (job applicants) getting rejected is also true. There is a lot of psychology involved during the hiring process, but we won't go into too much depth in this post because we would need to write a novel. We invite you to research the psychology of the hiring process and uncover the answer to questions such as: Why, when a top-qualified applicant applies to a job posting, do companies still waste time and take weeks or months to close the hiring process? Wouldn't it make sense to seize the opportunity immediately if you have exactly what you claim you want? Why do hiring processes get dragged across months as if making a hiring decision in two to three weeks "feels wrong"? What if recruiters and HR hire for months to justify their fee from the company, because if they find a top candidate within two to three weeks, the company might say: "Wait, you found the best candidate very quickly; we need to renegotiate the recruitment fee?" It is all a nonsense game, and once you see it, you cannot unsee it. Use your best judgment if you are job seeking. Understand why things happen the way they happen, and you will never be fooled again! - TSL

The Truth Is No Longer Hidden PART 2

For all truth-seekers and critical thinkers out there: Have you ever found it striking how often massive tech layoffs occur across multiple, unrelated companies? It raises serious questions about whether these events are purely market-driven, or if there is an underlying, coordinated influence at play. The patterns suggest that the command structure influencing tech decisions comes from powerful, distant interests. The functionaries within these companies are compelled to follow orders, primarily because doing so is necessary to maintain their professional standing and high income. They are bound by the perceived threat of professional and economic ruin. Consider this: if people are willing to lie, exploit, or compromise others for money in our daily lives, how can we assume that large corporations are immune to external pressures when navigating massive financial cycles? Believing the opposite is deeply naive. When global systems, including political elections, can be pressured or manipulated, what assurance do we have that major tech companies are not subject to similar external mandates regarding workforce reductions? For some, seeing employees lose their jobs is viewed as merely an economic inconvenience. However, modern pressures are far subtler than historical gangster racketeering. Today's systemic pressures are less visible. A company may be ordered to purchase tokens or services from a specific provider and simultaneously mandated to reduce staff - targeting highly paid employees first. By all legal metrics, these transactions are compliant. Yet, the underlying forces and agreements that govern these deals remain secret to the public. When major companies exhibit highly uniform, almost programmed behavior, it points to the involvement of key personnel who are part of, or deeply influenced by, a centralized global system. For this reason, job seekers and employees must resist the urge to worship or excessively defer to high-ranking executives. You cannot assume that their position was attained purely through merit. If you are in a role where you know your skills or mindset far exceed those of your superiors, recognize that gap - it is your greatest asset. The essential message is this: Do not let fear dictate your respect for your superiors. Your value must be internally measured, not externally dictated. While they may offer superficial praise - a tactic used to maintain compliance and productivity - it is critical to see through the facade. Truth, once exposed, cannot operate in the shadows. Awareness is a collective act. To those questioning the proof: it is true that the institutions and media that control the narrative will never provide the complete, unvarnished truth. Becoming aware and resistant to control is an individual responsibility. Think about global events: often, the public-facing narrative is drastically different from what is suspected. When wrongdoers are cornered, their single option is often to deny everything, propagating the dangerous fallacy that "a lie told a million times becomes the truth." We must refuse to accept this. In these times, many people know the truth but keep it quiet due to genuine professional risk. This fear is the most potent force holding us back. The only way to overcome fear is to confront it directly and refuse to let it define your action. We hope this reflection encourages you to think critically, to question the status quo, and to value your own knowledge. In closing, while the tech industry may be complicated by powerful, self-interested entities, the human capacity for good, integrity, and justice remains overwhelmingly powerful. If the informed remain silent, the darkness has a chance to prevail. The persistent victory belongs to the light, but it requires the vigilance and belief of every single person who refuses to stay asleep. - TSL

The Truth Is No Longer Hidden

The truth is no longer hidden. It always bubbles to the top, and nothing can stop this process. This process can only be delayed, but the truth wins in the end! We believe it is important to tell you the truth about the tech industry, but if you are already an awakened person, deep down you know it. It is a fairly "simple" yet complicated truth: in the world we live in, there are people who would do anything for money - lie, cheat, steal, kill, sell their soul, you name it. Why do you think this wouldn't be valid for the tech industry? Of course, it is valid - 100%! The people who appear to be at the top of the tech industry did not arrive there necessarily because of merit, hard work, excellence, or similar traits. What if they have a connection with one of the bloodlines that run the world? Such individuals believe they have a divine right to rule others, no matter what! Hence, these individuals rise to the top simply because they were born into a certain family, but to the public, a perception is created that they are there because of merit. The asleep normies will never be able to get this, and that's why they will keep getting duped and crushed until their last day on Earth. We will explain it through a simple analogy: Imagine you and your family have a business - you would prefer people from your family to be at the top of the company, even though other non-family people might be a better fit, right? It wouldn't make sense for "outsiders" to have the future of your company and your wealth in their hands. Well, that's how the world works for the most part. "Outsiders" who have power must make a certain agreement with those really in power that they will never betray them, otherwise, their life will be over. Call this a deal with the devil if you want, but it does exist. The Epstein list is a good example. If you want billions of dollars, then you have to incriminate yourself so that the hidden elites and rulers from the shadows (we know who they are!) can own you and tell you what to do. They know money is power, money is freedom, and they cannot give power and freedom to outsiders just like that because their empire and control of the world will collapse. For that reason, do not glorify anyone who is at the top in big tech companies. Most of them, if not all of them, have made some kind of deal to have wealth, to keep their mouths shut, and to follow the agenda, whatever it is! What about everyday tech companies? Well, since everything is about money, control, power, and influence in the world, what makes you think that a CEO of a regular tech company wouldn't make some deal to keep the business going and money flowing? Of course, they would! They accept being told what to do in exchange for lucrative deals and to keep making money. The CEOs who succeed without this Luciferian bullshit are the true heroes! If you are a job seeker in the tech industry, you have absolutely nothing to fear! The wicked people who have sold their soul have much more to fear because they know they hold positions which they didn't earn by merit and by hard work, and they fear getting exposed by someone who is more capable than them and isn't a sell-out! If you are a job seeker or employed in the tech industry, keep marching fearlessly! The sell-outs have much more to fear because they are visible, and they can no longer hide! On a positive note: There are lots of legitimate people in the tech industry. Not every CEO and everyone who holds a high position has sold their soul, of course. However, the number of people who have done soul-selling, ass-kissing, co*k-sucking, etc., to get to where they are is not to be underestimated either. Use your judgment to evaluate the people you're dealing with and crush them with your competence, kindness, and calmness. Shine so bright that your light irritates their darkness! Let your spirit irritate their demons! - TSL
The Vicious Circle, The Delulu and The Real Solulu

The Vicious Circle, The Delulu and The Real Solulu

The classic vicious circle companies frequently experience when hiring new personnel is as follows: they have good employees in their company -> some of this staff either quit on their own or are laid off -> companies initiate the hiring process -> they find good people who fit the job well -> companies think they can do better and reject excellent candidates -> later, companies complain about a shortage of tech talent, as they disregarded the talent that was readily available -> companies return to the hiring process once again -> at some point, deadlines become pressing -> companies hire whomever is available at the time. This cycle is experienced by 90% of companies at least once in their business lifespan. It's a well-known pattern. From a corporate perspective, the vicious cycle can be succinctly described as follows: having the item you claim to desire within your reach, rather than seizing it and keeping it - you reject it; then you pursue something supposedly better, only to discover that this "better" may not actually be superior. Eventually, you settle for the new item you found, which has similar quality as the initial item or even lower quality (karmic justice served). This cycle often reveals a lack of sound judgment and an excessive focus on greed within the company. There is a significant psychological aspect behind the vicious circle, but for now, we choose to keep our deep understanding of it confidential. However, we encourage you to delve into this profound truth with the aid of artificial intelligence. So, proceed in research mode! ;) The delusion, or "delulu" is part of this vicious circle. The notion that "I can do better / I can find better" accounts for 99% of the delusion. Let's take a brief detour before we return to the tech world. This delusion is extremely prevalent in the feminist community and among modern women who are more hypergamous (if you are unaware of this term, look it up) than ever. In pursuit of this, women reject suitable partners who have stable employment or other commitments but seek millionaires and ultrarich individuals instead. Consequently, they either end relationships with excellent partners or reject them to pursue the wealthy, only to be used, abused, and discarded like waste by these individuals. After this harrowing experience and following a phase of promiscuity, the woman is "extremely happy" to return to her partner, but it's usually too late, and she has lost everything, returning to square one. This is the classic delulu phase among modern women. There is nothing modern about performing random, senseless actions (which people recognize as foolish from the start) only to lose everything and refer to this as "experience." However, it's a democratic and free world, so we have no objections and cannot dictate anyone's behavior. We can comment, though, to make a point. Labels like misogyny will not be effective because we are describing events that have occurred and continue to occur; we are not inventing them. Returning to the tech world, the delusion is seeking perfection while offering little in return. "No candidate is good enough" characterizes delusional companies. The delusion can manifest as follows: The candidate looks to the left or right during an interview, blinks during the interview, bites their lips during the interview, speaks during the interview - auto-rejection. It's amusing, isn't it? Whatever the candidate does, gets rejected. When companies look for any reason to reject a candidate, then it's a delusional company. What does the company offer to have the right to ask for "unicorn" candidates? (unicorns do not exist, and, by extension, unicorn candidates do not exist either!) Companies often forget that they offer a salary and take the most valuable asset - time - in return. If an employee tragically passes away, within one week, there is a job posting to fill the vacant position. The reality is closer that companies don't care about employees, hence they don't have the right to ask for too much. Once again, we will say it's a free and democratic world, but the consequences of reality cannot be avoided or delayed indefinitely. So, what is the real solution, or "solulu"? It's relatively simple if you ask us. Instead of asking for more than you have the right to ask for (thus conveying a lack, cockiness, arrogance to the universe and failing to exhibit humility), show gratitude because gratitude is the frequency of receiving! Let's provide two separate examples: in the tech world, if a company after several rounds of interviews sees that the candidate can clearly perform the job and has the ability to learn whatever comes their way, on top of having a great personality and not being problematic, this is what 99% of companies want to find. Then why the delusional rejection in search of something even better? Similarly, in the dating world, if a man and woman see they are a good fit for each other, instead of trying to make things work, either both or one of them goes into delusional mode and thinks they can find something better only to end up finding either a similar person or, as karmic punishment, an even worse person. At the end of the delusional and greedy phase, often a karmic punishment arrives, and the price is paid with peace of mind, lost time, drama, chaos, or else that cannot be measured materially. A candidate who is a "perfect" fit on paper, has decent looks, performs well in interviews, and is welcomed on board by the company later discovers that the candidate either lacks practical skills as it appeared during the interviews or becomes a toxic employee in some way. The company is crushed by believing the beautiful facade both on paper and in appearance and ignoring everything else, while another top-notch candidate who was truly the perfect fit for the job gets rejected because he didn't answer a certain question word for word as expected, or a trivial reason like touching his hair during the interview. In the feminist world, a woman may find the wealthy man she has always dreamed of, but later discovers that she is not the only girlfriend in his life and pays with peace of mind knowing she has been cheated on heavily but because she values money, she may remain in the relationship. Ultimately, this rarely works well in the long-run. There's drama, chaos, turmoil, and eventually reality sets in, and the pair splits. There are countless examples, we only provided two. The real solution for those who think "I can do better / I can find better" is to ask themselves: "What do I offer to have the right to ask for so much? Is what I offer really rare or is it actually very common?" Beauty is common in the feminine world. Money are common in the tech world - every company offers a salary. What makes you so special to hold delusional criteria? Just because you want it? Long-term, it won't work because karmic laws are unavoidable. Highly skilled, experienced, capable, well-versed, smart, empathetic, emotionally intelligent candidates aren't that common. If a company receives 100+ applications, then why does it scrutinize and interview many candidates? If all candidates were of similar quality, then within the first ten candidates, the company would find their new employee. However, this rarely happens, doesn't it? We'll say it again: gratitude is the frequency of receiving! Be happy with what you have, because only when something is lost, then its true value and meaning are discovered!!!!! The grass isn't greener on the other side! Delusional and greedy behavior often lead to missed opportunities, and a price that cannot be measured materially is paid, which is often the highest type of price! As for the best approach when someone is going through the delusional phase, we are certain of one thing: it's impossible to reason with an irrational mind because for them, the irrational is rational. You can present all the evidence, all the facts, but they will continue to believe what they want in order to sustain their delusion. Only when consequences are felt and reality sets in does the delusional mind become a rational mind. "Do not correct a fool, or he will hate you; correct a wise man, and he will appreciate you." - TSL

The Truth Will Set You Free PART 2 - The Matrix Demolished!

If you are aware of the information presented in this post, congratulations - you have learned the game on time! The post may contain dark truths, but for a total escape from the matrix on the mental level, knowing certain things is essential. Ignorance is no longer a bliss; instead, we now say, "Ignorance is stupidity!" Consciously choosing to ignore "dark truths" is stupidity! In this post, we will introduce you to the theory that there is no such thing as a coincidence in this world. None. Zero! Approximately 99% of the ultra-wealthy individuals in this world have acquired their fortunes through a deal with the devil. In 2026, this information should not surprise you. If someone were writing this in 1996, they would be labeled as crazy. The system often labels awakened people as crazy, but it can no longer work because too many people have awakened. There is a solid majority that remains sleeping but is being forced to wake up and will eventually do so one way or another. A deal with the devil does not necessarily mean the most horrific things you might read on the internet (though, with proper research, they are not hard to find). However, for wealth in excess of hundreds of millions and billions of dollars, such transactions may have occurred. A deal with the devil can be an agreement to push a certain narrative and agenda that usually benefits the elites and is detrimental to humanity, which is so subtle that the "sleeping beauties" in the matrix can never see the big picture. A deal with the devil can also mean a CEO of a tech company who has received substantial funding but must comply with investor demands. Essentially, this person becomes a controlled and owned CEO. If they are asked to implement a certain percentage of tech layoffs, they must do so or risk losing their business. A deal with the devil can also involve an individual who will be granted immense wealth and high status but must provide human sacrifices from their closest circle - family members such as mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, spouses, etc., who will leave this world either through cancer or in a "died suddenly and unexpectedly" manner. Consider the various possible meanings of "a deal with the devil" and you'll gain a clear understanding of the concept. Whether you believe what has been presented thus far is up to you. If you don't, you risk being overwhelmed by someone who has made such a deal. The ability to assess situations and the people you interact with daily can be a life-saving skill! Control is the name of the game. A person with substantial wealth does not rely on the system and therefore has the freedom to say and do as they please, thus exerting significant influence over the masses - which is dangerous for the system. The control of wealthy individuals is established through various mechanisms. Does this mean that it is impossible to become rich without making a deal with the devil? On the contrary, you can amass substantial wealth (defined differently by everyone) and earn hundreds of thousands or even several million dollars while remaining safe from harm as long as you remain under the radar. However, such individuals still become potential targets because their wealth is known - bank balance privacy is a myth! Thinking that all rich people are evil is a destructive mindset, though it is a fact that some rich people can be ruthless and engage in unethical activities that are not considered illegal from a legal perspective. We do not think with a destructive mindset, of course! Our intention (to help people understand and gain a broader perspective) is simply to shed light on the fact that when things don't make sense, there is more going on behind the scenes than what is presented to the public. For example, a CEO who is fully controlled and owned by investors or a CEO who has extensive networking and has done much "bootlicking" and/or "ass-kissing" (figuratively or literally) will never disclose such information to the public. Instead, they will present a polished image to the public while keeping the truth confined to a select few. For this reason, when you see CEOs of companies making announcements about their success and achievements in public, maintain a healthy dose of skepticism because you do not see their connections, their investors, or what is truly happening behind the scenes. You do not have access to their bank transactions to obtain a full understanding! The people who work the hardest are not always paid the most. There are individuals who work multiple jobs and never become rich. While it can be argued that hard work is not the answer, combining it with smart work will yield successful results. Selling time for money does not typically make most people wealthy (unless they are well-compensated) because time is limited, and inflation is steadily eroding everyone's wealth. A significant amount of knowledge alone - such as that rich people invest in assets that generate income for them - may not be enough to achieve wealth beyond worrying about money. We hope this post will open your eyes to the workings of the world and pique your curiosity to question, delve deeper, and seek answers for yourself. A good question to ask yourself is: "In any given industry where there are numerous businesses, how was a certain company able to make so much money compared to other companies that struggle or survive month by month?" If you cannot find a reasonable explanation, you have the right to make assumptions, but be cautious about sharing them with others as they may label you in one way or another - you could very well be correct but unable to provide concrete evidence. We did not delve deeply into the topic of corruption in the world because it is a widely acknowledged public secret. To fulfill specific favors, certain companies or individuals receive funding and appear successful to the general public. Keep your eyes wide open! - TSL

The Truth Will Set You Free!

Buckle up, good people of the world! The truth may set you free, but first, it may make you miserable. This is the reality that candidates in the tech market have been facing over the past few years. The truth, as we understand it, is as follows: not all, but most high-ranking individuals within companies, particularly large corporations and organizations, have struck a deal with the devil to achieve success in their respective industries. This means they must comply with orders. For instance, if they are told to dismiss a certain percentage of employees, they must follow suit or risk losing their business's financial stability. This is only one aspect of the truth that goes much deeper and broader. We encourage you to conduct your own research to uncover the full truth! Another truth that you may have gathered from previous posts is this: recruiters and HR personnel work for themselves and the company they represent. They serve as middlemen, looking for keywords in your CV, making decisions that can be irrational at times if your CV doesn't perfectly match the job description keywords. This is one of the most detestable practices found within the tech industry and beyond, where there are middlemen. Can you imagine a situation where someone who is not qualified for a position evaluates another person's qualifications? On what planet is that possible? We must ensure this becomes impossible on our planet! It's absurd! The most that recruiters and HR should do is assess someone's soft skills and communication skills, something they claim to do but often fail at, becoming arrogant in the process, while also evaluating your technical qualifications, despite not being qualified themselves. They will never admit or tell you this, but that's how it is! If this isn't true for all recruiters and HR, it is true for a substantial percentage of them. This is why the company hiring you may never hear about you, preventing you from presenting yourself, showcasing your knowledge, demonstrating your abilities, and so on. Here is another truth that is crucial to understand (it adds to the first truth): layoffs are a form of spiritual warfare against people. Someone decides who gets to work and earn a living. This someone does not care about your qualifications for the job. If you are on some blacklist somewhere, undesirable to be hired regardless of your exceptional personality and impressive qualifications due to being targeted by the system (consider "the system" as broadly as possible), then you will not be hired, even if you are the perfect candidate for the job. Can you comprehend this? Do you know that this is not irrational and is very real? You can combat this by applying to jobs at companies run by normal people who have remained steadfast and haven't sold their souls. Since you cannot determine this when you apply for a specific job position, apply anyway. In the process, things will reveal themselves. Trust your intuition and the energy you feel from the other side. Trust your instincts 100%! Here is another truth that you must absolutely know (it supplements the first truth): AI is not to blame! AI cannot replace human time, energy, or emotional intelligence. They claim "AI can work 24/7" but this statement is a colossal lie and nonsense. They tell you this lie to justify firing you or offering you significantly lower pay than what you truly deserve. The true culprit is as follows: hiring managers and CEOs who are not necessarily evil people, but they believe they're "smarter" than everyone else and can accomplish it with AI and a smaller workforce that will be overworked and exploited to replace other tech professionals; hiring managers and CEOs who are smart and malicious - they disguise this by appearing charming in public while making decisions behind closed doors that remain unknown publicly, thus maintaining their "perfect" image, but you only feel the consequences through layoffs or not getting the job. Ladies and gentlemen, this is your culprit. We cannot reveal the full culprit yet, but it boils down to the first truth: people sell their soul and are forced to do things they must do or risk losing their business. Do you now realize that the entire battle is for the spirit and the aura of humanity? They know if you don't have a job and financial security, your aura is likely to weaken (if you don't know how to protect it) and become vulnerable, attracting negativity. Who benefits from this? Who benefits from weakening society and making people miserable? This is your real culprit hiding behind the curtains! We invite you to conduct thorough research on your own. We know the details, but we provide a chance for the tech industry to correct itself; otherwise, more severe measures will be taken by us. It is incredibly naive to believe that in any given industry where many similar businesses exist, some manage to succeed and progress while others struggle simply due to their "extreme dedication" or "intelligence" when in fact it's far more likely that the top people within these companies have joined secret organizations and sold their soul. Always conduct your research, never blindly trust anyone, not even TSL, despite our knowledge of speaking the truth. We encourage you to research and arrive at your own conclusions! Don't you find it strange that AI can be used in any industry, not just the tech industry, yet the technical industry seems to be greatly affected by layoffs? What about accountants, translators, lawyers, doctors, and other professions that require a laptop and internet connection, why isn't AI causing layoffs there? Here's our perspective on this: technology governs the lives of billions of people. Through technology, a global control network and mass surveillance can be established and are being attempted to be established. An accountant or a lawyer is limited in their country where they work. The technical industry operates differently: it transcends borders. Hence, the technical sector is so greatly affected by layoffs: it's not because the salaries of tech professionals are astronomical, but because it forms one of the pillars that controls humanity! Each smartphone, each laptop, each PC, each tablet is driven by technology, and whoever controls the technology and information, controls the world. If good people are employed and powerful, they can fight back and change the world. But if they're left to struggle and fight for a job, they don't have the time or energy to fight. Do you now see that it is truly a spiritual warfare? Here's another truth: human nature itself, greed, and the desire to save money and not pay people what they deserve are additional factors contributing to the chaos in the tech industry. Never believe for even a second that layoffs occur because of financial difficulties faced by the companies. Such an excuse is merely a facade, in most cases! There is abundant cash and wealth in the world but it's not equally distributed. Money can be printed from paper; there can always be more money made. Money serves as leverage against people to keep their vibration low, weaken their aura, and maintain control over them. Although salaries within the tech industry are certainly decent, they are not astronomical enough to warrant layoffs. Top athletes, top football players, top basketball players earn millions of dollars and euros on a monthly basis. There is abundance of money in the world but they want you to believe otherwise because whatever you believe becomes your reality! Always investigate, never stop learning and growing, and never accept any excuse from anyone regarding your worth and value. Know your worth and value, and you will overcome any battle, including the ongoing and heavily waged spiritual warfare! - TSL

Money Mindset

If you are a job seeker in the tech industry (or any other industry): Every person's relationship with money is unique and individual. As such, we cannot provide specific financial recommendations. We are not financial advisors; it is up to you to determine what to do with your own funds. However, we can offer the following insight: if you are job hunting and have no income, your resources will eventually run out. To prevent this (or if it has already happened): given the current state of the tech job market, continuing to endure the market until the delusion subsides may not be worth it. Consider seeking employment in a related field or transitioning to an entirely different industry for a while. Don't limit yourself solely to the tech sector. Cultivate and showcase the other talents within you. Don't pursue a tech job at all costs if doing so is causing you financial hardship. Instead, find a job in another industry and use any spare time to pursue opportunities in the tech field (without added stress). It's important to note that the tech industry isn't the only one offering high salaries. However, with ongoing inflation, those high salaries may not go as far as they once did. Moreover, due to advancements in AI, unscrupulous behavior is becoming more apparent in the tech sector. This purge will take time to complete and cleanse the industry of psychopathic, egotistical, and greedy CEOs because ultimately their companies will struggle without human employees. These companies may face eventual decline, one way or another. Karma does exist! In light of this information, dear reader, if you find yourself in a financially difficult situation due to the tech market's current state, take a moment to breathe and reflect on your choices. Ultimately, only you know what is best for you. We are here to help guide you through the process, but not to dictate your decisions. When financial pressures arise, we believe it's important to set aside pride and ego. Taking a non-tech job that still offers a decent salary and provides for you and your family while you continue to pursue a tech career (because of passion rather than solely financial gain) seems like a sensible approach. The truth is this: if you persist in your efforts and work hard, success will eventually come your way! The odds are greatly in your favor. However, consider whether it's worth enduring prolonged suffering-even for multiple years-with constant rejections that may have nothing to do with your skills or qualifications (assuming this is the case). If you can handle the financial strain, by all means, pursue a tech job. Otherwise, remember that the world offers countless opportunities, and at the end of the day, the tech industry is just one of many industries. Quality individuals are needed in every corner of the world. Leverage your diverse talents and find that remarkable job that will bring you immense joy, happiness, and financial prosperity. - TSL

Welcome

The day you discover this website represents a significant milestone in your life. If you're a tech candidate, you will no longer encounter neglect, disrespect, or being ghosted. We are here to support you as you progress. The content provided on this platform aims to enhance your skills and help you avoid being deceived. You will no longer be bamboozled! Gain insight into the evaluation process employed by tech companies, including elements beyond technical knowledge such as appearance, confidence, and peculiarities. Be aware of common mistakes made by candidates. Avoid advertising your prolonged unemployment or acknowledging being impacted by layoffs on LinkedIn as these factors can deter recruiters. They may harbor doubts about your employability without openly expressing their concerns, unfortunately due to human psychology. Additionally, neediness is highly unattractive. Confidence attracts! Visualize yourself, the quintessential "Nice Guy" attending your first tech interview with an HR or recruiter who has a considerable romantic history. Your inherent kindness immediately repels her despite any errors on your part. Your initial impression is already formed, and you'll be denied advancement to the next round of interviews. The influence of feminism in hiring processes may not be openly discussed, but it does play a role. You will no longer be the "Nice Guy"! You will become an unstoppable technical candidate during interviews! Welcome & enjoy the show! - TSL
The Uncommon Interview Style That Few Companies Adopt

The Uncommon Interview Style That Few Companies Adopt

The very fact that few companies conduct interviews as described below, indicates that most companies operate similarly, like just another brick in the wall, yet they aim to find that "unique unicorn" candidate. It's quite amusing; we couldn't help but laugh first before revealing this innovative approach. Tech companies, at the time of writing this post, are particularly delusional! What most companies do is waste candidates' time through numerous interviews spanning weeks, if not months. During this period, momentum fades, context gets muddled, information gets lost, attention wanes, and no one seems to care - with rejections being inevitable since a strong connection isn't established. What about this alternative: Complete the entire interview process for the candidate within a single day! It would consume approximately 2-3 hours, not including breaks. First, a 30-minute meeting with the recruiter or HR, followed by a break of at least 30 minutes. If the candidate progresses, they then face the technical interview, another break, and if they proceed, the final interview follows. The candidate will subsequently receive feedback in due course. Seems convoluted? We don't think so. Here's why this is a superior method: focus, attention, momentum - none get diluted! With this approach, companies can interview 2-3 candidates per day. In a week, they could interview 10-15 candidates. In two weeks, that's 20-30 fully interviewed candidates. In three weeks, it's 30-45 fully interviewed candidates. If after this, a decision can't be made, then such company is a joke! Are there practical limitations to this approach? Absolutely, as it requires several hours of the candidate's time but is completed within a single day! The tech interviewers will have "turbo" 2-3 weeks to decide, thanks to the list of candidates they can choose from. Scattered interviews across weeks and months lead to loss of momentum and energy; people stop caring or conduct interviews for the sake of it, thereby causing valuable opportunities to be missed due to trivial reasons. If everything gets done in a day, consistency is maintained, leaving a lasting impression. - TSL
AI Exposed The Truth About The Tech Industry

AI Exposed The Truth About The Tech Industry

AI exposed the truth about the tech industry. It exposed the dirt, the greed, and the psychopathic tendencies in some CEOs. It exposed the greedy, narcissistic nature of tech companies, which let go of people as soon as they thought they wouldn't need them anymore. This proved everything was fake from the beginning - there was never genuine care about employees, something that is almost always the case with any other job. The moment a company senses it doesn't need people anymore, it wants to get rid of them like trash, and this tells you everything you need to know about the company and its toxic and greedy culture. Truth to be told, before AI, many people entered the tech industry because of high pay and because the barrier to getting a job was normal. Things should be normal now with AI as well, but the entry barrier is reaching delusional levels in some companies. Regarding tech layoffs, the issue is not that the people who were never really tech-savvy got laid off (they knew this was coming one day), but the fact that top engineers with many years of experience were laid off because companies realized they could pay someone less who could use AI and still complete the work, hopefully at the same quality as before. With the things that are happening in the tech industry, imagine what would happen if AI starts replacing people in many other industries? Will people riot or remain calm in those industries? For now, it is being shown that "tech people" are generally weak-willed and accept this twisted reality as normal. Imagine if a boss in a supermarket decides to replace the clerks with robots. There is a chance that people will stop buying products from that shop because of the obvious greed and narcissism shown by the CEO. The laid-off employees would probably riot and destroy the robots who took their jobs. Is what we're witnessing in the tech industry an isolated incident, or is it something that will come on a global scale in the upcoming years? Can you imagine accountants, lawyers, doctors, clerks, baristas, etc., getting replaced by AI? What would the world look like? Because technology drives the lives of every citizen on the planet one way or another, that is why AI is being adopted massively in the tech industry first. Are tech layoffs therefore happening, or is it just an excuse to justify greed? Make no mistake: the tech industry is one of "colorful" nature because all sorts of people are in it: introverts who suck at socializing, extroverts who are social butterflies (which is atypical for an industry like tech), people who are sneaky and work against coworkers and kiss up to maintain their position or advance further. Then you have the smart-ass CTOs, the greedy, manipulative, narcissistic CEOs, paid time-wasting recruiters and HR staff, and so on. We will say one thing: Everything that gets exposed can no longer operate in the dark. There will be no more lies, at any level, that companies can tell to create an image that they care about employees, because they have shown themselves they do not care. For those employed in the tech industry, or those who have recently accepted an offer or will accept an offer in the future, remember this: while you are happy that you have a job and receive a salary, the greedy CEO could plot a way to replace you one day. You can never know what type of deal with the devil the CEO has made. If tech companies receive an order to let go of a certain percentage of employees, they'll have to do this or they could face consequences and lose business deals and profit. Do you think the company loves itself more, or you, the employee? You know the answer to this, and act accordingly! Have at least two jobs. With AI, this is doable. It will occupy a lot of your time, that's for sure, but you'll generate solid income, and if you lose one job, you'll have the other. If you lose both jobs at the same time, then you have confirmation that those tech companies are owned by masonic CEOs. Ninety percent of CEOs are masons, be assured of this. They are "cucks" in the grand scheme of things because they bow to their masters. You see, the title means nothing! Integrity is everything! Even your "beloved" CEO has a master to serve. That is why don't glorify anyone in high positions in the tech industry because you can't be sure how they got there. Once you get to know the truth (if you manage to do this at all), then adjust your opinion accordingly. - TSL
Developers Can Replace Companies Too!

Developers Can Replace Companies Too!

In this post, companies are going to be humbled! They think they can replace developers with AI, but this reality works both ways: developers can replace the company. They can make the company obsolete. Developers can crush the company's business. If a developer or a group of developers develops a product or an app that the company is selling and generating revenue from, and they offer it to the world for free or for a much cheaper price - simply for the sake of it (not necessarily to make a huge profit) - they can crush the company! While it is true that many apps already serve the same purpose, most of them are doing it for profit and money. What if a group of white hat developers spent enough time to develop a similar app and offered it to the world for free? Then they start messaging people to check the app. If people like it because it helps them do the job they want, and on top of this, it is free, people will start to question why they should pay for an app when there is an app that does the same and is free? You see, replacement with AI works both ways. We won't go into whether this is ethical or vengeance; we simply want to demonstrate that replacement works both ways, and that an eye for an eye leaves the world blind. We cannot control whether someone will actually do this, so if you're in vigilante mode, there is nothing that can stop you from achieving your goal! - TSL
Signs of Low-Quality Companies/Recruiters: What to Look Out For

Signs of Low-Quality Companies/Recruiters: What to Look Out For

In this post, we will highlight several behaviors that may indicate a company or recruiter's low quality during the hiring process. The good news is that some of these issues can be easily identified and avoided. *** Sending Rejection Emails When Candidates Are Not Selected *** Why is it beneficial to let a candidate know they were rejected? This habit can be a potential hallmark of a company or recruiter that handles negative feedback poorly. Some people may use rejection communication to manipulate or extract something from the candidate. Do not fall into this trap. Be aware that you might be dealing with people with negative intentions. The simplest fix is this: If you are not interested in a candidate and are not selecting them, simply do nothing - do not send a rejection email. This practice is not considered "ghosting" when you never advanced the candidate in the first place. However, once a candidate has been invited for the first or subsequent interviews, a formal closure should be given via email if they are rejected at any stage. A proper rejection email makes sense in this context, whereas persistent ghosting is a significant red flag. *** Ghost Job Posts *** This includes job posts that have already been fulfilled by an "internal" candidate, or situations where the company continues to interview candidates even after the role has been filled, simply wasting their time and effort. (Remember: recruiters and HR staff are paid to spend time; your time as a job seeker is not compensated!) Any behavior related to a job posting that has already been fulfilled, or a posting that is merely designed to build a long list of candidates with no immediate hiring plans, signals a low-quality company or recruiter. The solution is straightforward: if a company is not genuinely hiring at the moment, they should not waste others' time. *** Irrational Games Played Between Interviews *** Examples include a recruiter delaying giving you an update just to assess your reaction (whether you will remain patient or if you become overly needy and demand updates). During interviews, they might ask questions that rarely pertain to the actual job role just to gauge your response and emotional reaction. This type of behavior is unprofessional and counterproductive. If you notice such unnecessary games, trust your instincts. This professional relationship should not feel like a dating scene; silly games have no place in a hiring process. *** Over-Demanding Proof from Candidates for Little Compensation *** This is a massive red flag. You should proceed with extreme caution if you encounter this. This behavior often suggests that the company lacks respect for the job seeker. Companies frequently forget that they are acquiring the most valuable asset: time. Candidates are the prize. Period. A skillful tech candidate can work at many companies, while a company that restricts hiring to a very specific technical stack is limited. Be wary of companies that require excessive proof from a candidate that they can do the job - such companies are often self-serving and show little genuine concern for their employees. Asking for references from previous workplaces can also be a sign of a self-serving, rather than genuinely reputable, company. Stay away from toxic environments, because their negative culture is often detectable even before you step through the door. *** Asking for Value Upfront Before First Interviews *** Similar to the point above, requesting any type of value or effort upfront simply to be considered for a first interview is a massive red flag. It often suggests a lazy or inefficient recruitment process. For example, if they ask you to complete a detailed test assignment before you have spoken with any company representative, your time and energy are highly likely to be wasted. Typically, the company will reject candidates after they submit the solution for the task. The company creates the illusion that completing the assignment will significantly impact the selection process, when in reality, it often does not. Furthermore, this demand sets the power dynamic immediately: the company demands blind compliance from candidates without even having built a connection with them - a serious warning sign. Avoid companies that operate this way. They may pretend to hire, but they may not genuinely intend to hire anyone. *** Hidden Expectations in the Workplace *** Be aware of sneaky behaviors, such as failing to disclose expectations during interviews. For instance, they might never mention time tracking with applications that take screenshots of your screen, only for these conditions to be revealed when you are about to sign the contract. This is a massive red flag, indicating a potential for severe micromanagement. In addition to this, consider any other unethical or disrespectful behavior observed during the interviews - these are all red flags that should not be easily overlooked. Ignoring these warnings now will likely lead to professional difficulties later on. These are not exhaustive scenarios, but we believe this list covers the most common warning signs observed during the hiring stage. A good rule of thumb is not to celebrate when you receive an offer, because rescinded offers are a real possibility (candidates have shared such stories on LinkedIn). Celebrate only when you have officially secured the position! - TSL
"Let's Lay Off Employees and Encourage AI Use. Then Increase AI Prices"

"Let's Lay Off Employees and Encourage AI Use. Then Increase AI Prices"

That's precisely how the elite have manipulated companies to make money off of short-sighted and complacent managers and their organizations. The Elites' Playbook: 1. Encourage multiple rounds of layoffs across several years at various companies. 2. Replace human employees with AI technology. 3. Increase the cost of AI services. 4. Continue making profits for ourselves (the elite). Do you now understand why the elite harbor such contempt for ordinary people? Because they can deceive and manipulate them so subtly, making it appear as though the people brought about their own suffering when in reality it was a carefully orchestrated scheme by the masterminds. Would you have respect for someone you could manipulate and deceive so easily? Companies that laid off loyal employees have been taken advantage of, even if they refuse to acknowledge it. They will struggle to find the talent they once had and lost. This is yet another example of shortsightedness and greed. Someone who has betrayed you once will do so again without hesitation. You don't need to drink the entire ocean to know that it is salty. Do not trust companies that have laid off employees. Do not be overly loyal if you work for such a company, as they would abandon you at the first sign of a better opportunity. Loyalty in the workplace is a myth! Be loyal to yourself! Have a backup plan ready to implement. - TSL
Do The Hiring Processes Boil Down To This?

Do The Hiring Processes Boil Down To This?

Do the hiring processes boil down to choosing the "safest" instead of the best candidate? Read on to find out more. It is a known public secret that the best candidates do not always get the job, leaving these candidates flabbergasted because they performed very well in the interviews but still didn't land the job. So, what is happening behind the scenes? There are so many scenarios, and we won't discuss or try to make an educated guess because in this post, we want to focus on the "safest" scenario that recruiters/companies use when making a decision. You might feel pissed off (rightfully!) when you learn that often the candidates deemed "safe" are the ones getting hired. WTF does "safe" even mean in this context? Well, let's try to think like a recruiter and a company. If a candidate is overqualified for the job, and the company is aware that they offer a project that they think the candidate won't enjoy working on, or if they offer a shitty salary or shitty working conditions in general, they fear (the keyword) that the candidate will see this and will eventually leave the company in a short period. So, who do they choose instead? The good, obedient, "beta" candidate who falls into the sheeple category. You might think this is crazy and cannot be true, but it is! It is logical to think a company would want to hire the best, the brightest candidate - but only if they are the best company! Do you see the analogy? That's why never let any rejection make you feel bad, because you never got to know the company through your own lenses despite their perfect public image. What are other scenarios that mark the candidate as a safe hire? If the candidate has worked at big "reputable" companies, the assumption is that this candidate must be good. However, check this out: just like CEOs can be sycophants and ass-kissers to receive investment from investors, candidates can also be sycophants and ass-kissers to get a chance to work at a big company just so they can put it on their CV. There are people who will offer themselves to work for free at some big company to prove themselves, and then they receive an offer with whatever salary (probably not the best salary). However, you may never learn about these details. The assumption is, "Wow, they've worked at *Big Company of your choice*; they must be good." Recruiters/companies internally ask themselves, "Which of the candidates is most likely to stay with us, will not see through our bullshit, and will be happy to work here with the salary we give this candidate?" And whoever the "beta" candidate is in their mind, they go with this person (don't take this too literally; it's not always like this, but it does exist!). For this reason, you shouldn't be surprised if, despite being a very strong candidate (technically and intellectually), you are not chosen - it's because they "fear" you and see you as a threat in their mind. This is a dark truth we just dropped. Also, during advanced stages of interviews, the tech interviewers learn about your potential, and if they see you as a threat to their position, they will go with someone who is less of a threat to them. Now we'll drop the big bombshell: even though recruiters/companies will probably never tell you openly, when they get to know you better through several rounds of interviews, they are aware of your potential - they know you have the skills for the job, and they know how far you can go. If they don't like that you can go very far, they won't hire you, simply because they are looking for another slave in the matrix, and your awareness and awakened mind bother them. If you are a person who is not easy to manipulate, and they see this and don't like it, they won't choose you. This tells more about them than about you, so never worry about such rejections. If your spirit irritates their demons, they won't choose you! It's as simple as that. We invite you to do your own research and to come to your own conclusions. With this post, we want to spark your mind to enter research mode. Our mission is not to list every possible scenario because when you invest time and energy into something, you master these concepts better. As far as playing it safe in life, the reality is clear: playing it safe is the most dangerous thing you can do! Everyone who played it safe, worked a 9-to-5 job, listened to what they were told their entire life, never thought critically, and never took a decisive action, ended like so many people who followed the same path. Did these people really get rich and have the time of their lives once they retired? We believe you know the answer to this question. We find it a better option to stay curious, awaken, and "rebellious", but it turns out it's not the smartest thing to show this during interviews because they'll fear you (which is their own projection about themselves), and they'll choose a candidate who is less "intimidating" to them. People like familiarity. "Just another slave in the matrix" is much more pleasant to arrogant and cocky CEOs than, "F**k, this person is already a boss with their mindset; maybe they're even better than me, I can't have this person on my team." On the other hand, people fear what's unfamiliar to them until they learn more about it (a person, a situation, or whatever), but sometimes they choose to shut down and never learn the real truth, missing a phenomenal opportunity. There may be lots of CEOs in the world, but very few leaders! - TSL
If Your Best Wasn't Good Enough, Offer Them Your Absence!

If Your Best Wasn't Good Enough, Offer Them Your Absence!

If your best wasn't good enough, offer them your absence! Offer them nothing! Offer them pitch-dark silence! A salt isn't included in the menu in a restaurant, but when it's not present, we notice it. Similarly, your presence, your value, your energy, and your commitment are taken for granted-that it will be there by default. But when it's not appreciated and you're made redundant, offer them silence and absence. Only what is lost is appreciated! Call this being part of the human shitty nature and psychology, but that's how it is. Silence is golden! (Wordpress legends will understand this sentence.) If you are the one to whom an injustice was done, crush your wrongdoers with silence. Be loud, be explosive, be creative where you are wanted and celebrated! We believe you know what we want to say with this and how to apply it in the messed-up tech market. - TSL
The Magic Works When Both Sides Want It

The Magic Works When Both Sides Want It

It's a given, but we would like to share this perspective with you. When both parties have the same desire, magic occurs. For instance, if a tech company is genuinely seeking a new developer and a job applicant is actively searching for employment, the likelihood of success is greatest when their interests align. When their worlds collide, it presents an opportunity for positive outcomes. However, there are instances where one party claims to want something but does not truly desire it. For example, a company may interview candidates and collect their resumes without any immediate intention of hiring because they aren't actually hiring at the moment. Later, when they decide to hire, they contact the candidates to attempt to recruit them. This behavior is unethical but unfortunately common. The candidates' time, energy, and opportunity are squandered, and false hope is instilled. Another example from the digital dating realm: some individuals join these platforms merely for validation, attention, or exploration, with no intention of actually pursuing a relationship. Others engage in games, endless chats, and never take any action, while some genuinely seek genuine connections. When both parties share similar energy and intentions, that's when the magic transpires! However, if one party is not authentic, the other party's time, energy, and emotions are wasted. Therefore, if you sense a company isn't serious about the hiring process, trust your instincts! A company with pressing deadlines will find a developer within 1-3 weeks, and unfortunately, these tight deadlines may become part of the developer's job responsibilities due to the company's initial irresponsibility in hiring a developer on time. This situation clearly demonstrates that hiring does not need to take 1, 2, 3, or more than 6 months. The longer the hiring process takes, the less serious the company is about its intentions. Be cautious and invest your time and energy wisely! Don't give your whole heart where you are only given crumbs. Practice reciprocity - if a company shows no genuine interest or is unwilling to interview you for any flimsy reason, read the situation and remove yourself to save your time and energy. Go where you are celebrated, not tolerated! - TSL
