Let technology companies make mistakes; you will reap the rewards eventually
Do not feel obligated to correct these tech companies' errors. They will not listen to your advice until they recognize the harm caused by their misguided belief that AI has rendered developers and technicians unnecessary.
The reality is precisely the opposite. You are aware of this, as are they, but acknowledging it would mean admitting their mistake, which is too painful for them.
Understaffed firms overly reliant on AI will inevitably encounter issues. A professional who has spent 10 to 20+ years in the industry is irreplaceable due to technical knowledge, soft skills, and communication abilities that cannot be replicated by artificial intelligence. Do not succumb to the false narrative because it stems from fear. You are superior to this!
Allow them to make mistakes. Allow them. Let them!
When the dust settles and the smoke clears, you will stand victorious, and your skills will never be questioned.
A lie told a thousand times does not become truth! Not in this world! Those who believe the lie are responsible for it, not you!
Keep shining. In time, genuine values will triumph over false ones... always!!!

They wish to instill fear in you so that they may govern you
They desire you to be afraid, traumatized, and doubting your self-worth, enabling them to rule over you. This way, you might accept a salary lower than what you truly deserve.
Who are these individuals? They are the exploitative and psychopathic CEOs, hiring managers who aim to secure exceptional value at an incredibly low cost.
Recognize your worth. Stand firm against any attempts to disrespect or undervalue you. Do not accept demeaning job opportunities merely for the sake of survival. You were not brought into this world just to pay bills and perish! There's so much more to life than being a mere wage slave.
Continue resisting! Keep fighting!
Artificial Intelligence serves as the straw man they are using to instill fear. Do not fall for this tactic even for a moment. Companies that use AI as an excuse to rule with fear will find themselves alone, bereft of people, much like their actions deserve!
Believe in yourself, digital warrior! Everything is orchestrated to make you feel powerless and insignificant, but the truth is quite the opposite! You possess immense value. Never forget this truth!

To obtain a job, it is necessary to be liked by everyone involved in the hiring process.
If you choose the traditional route of searching for jobs through LinkedIn and undergo multiple rounds of interviews, there is an increased risk of wasting time if you do not ultimately secure a position. In such cases, it is essential to be well-liked by all individuals involved in the process, including HR representatives or recruiters.
If a single person on the second or subsequent interviews dislikes you, feels threatened by your presence, or questions your knowledge and experience, you may not advance to the next round and will not receive the job offer.
It is important to be aware that companies do not always hire the most qualified candidates, as this is a common misconception in the job market. Do not believe that companies only hire the best candidates, even for a brief moment.
While it is (not) necessary to be liked by everyone, it is also advisable not to become an overly obsequious or sycophantic individual during the interview process. Such behavior can damage both your reputation and integrity. CEOs may publicly praise such individuals, but in private they often despise them due to their excessive flattery and lack of authenticity.
On the other hand, it is also important not to be overly confrontational or aggressive during the interview process. Instead, maintain a humble demeanor and continue to work hard towards your goals. Ultimately, what is meant for you will always be yours.

If you were aware of the individuals evaluating you during interviews, you might feel compelled to vomit.
Specifically, if you knew that certain female recruiters have a high number of past sexual partners and judge candidates solely on their character rather than their technical knowledge, skills, experience, and overall qualifications, you might feel sick to your stomach. If your character is strong, this situation adds insult to injury by questioning your intelligence.
When faced with a nice, timid candidate, these recruiters often reject them outright simply because they are perceived as being overly polite. It is important to demonstrate courage and show no fear during the interview process, and never beg for a job or plead to be given a chance.
If you discuss your unemployment status, layoff, financial need for the position, or other personal issues during an interview, you will likely not advance to the second round.
During the initial interview with recruiters and HR representatives, they will evaluate you on various factors that may not be directly related to your qualifications, such as your appearance, grooming, demeanor, and speaking style. They may not admit this openly, but they do judge candidates based on these factors in addition to their technical skills.
It is important to maintain a professional appearance, particularly if you are not currently in good shape. Improving your physical fitness can significantly increase your chances of being hired.
The most troubling aspect of the interview process is that non-technical individuals often evaluate technical candidates based on non-technical criteria. While it is acceptable for recruiters to assess a candidate's soft skills and communication abilities, some evaluations may be inappropriate. Be aware of this and never forget that they will not always admit everything to you but may still engage in such behavior. In this, be completely certain!

LinkedIn, as it currently exists, is not what it once was in terms of its effectiveness for finding jobs.
Many of the positions listed on LinkedIn are either no longer available, have already been filled, or attract an excessive number of applicants. As a result, LinkedIn may not be a reliable platform for job seekers.
The use of cheap filters by employers means that the vast majority of candidates will be rejected without even being given a chance to interview. It is important to recognize this and adjust your job search strategy accordingly.
Rather than focusing solely on LinkedIn, consider expanding your horizons and exploring other platforms, such as freelance platforms or social media, where you may have more direct contact with hiring managers and a greater chance of securing employment in a timely and respectful manner.
It is important to recognize that while it is possible to find a job through LinkedIn, the effort required versus the desired outcome may not be favorable. Instead, use LinkedIn as an additional tool in your job search arsenal, rather than relying on it as your primary means of finding work. By adopting this approach, you can minimize disappointment and frustration and increase your chances of success.

You have value
Tech companies often perceive candidates as interchangeable, implying that there are numerous options available and they can afford to be patient in finding the ideal employee. This sentiment, shared by many industries, can be corrosive.
The truth is: your unique skills, experience, energy, and time are invaluable. When companies undervalue or overlook you, remember that this reflects poorly on them, not on you.
Continue to embody the essence of quality and perseverance. Consistency and discipline are indispensable qualities that will remain vital for years to come. While AI is a popular topic, remember that it does not replace human time or effort. Human attributes like creativity, adaptability, and emotional intelligence cannot be replicated by machines.
Embrace your confidence because it is something no one can take away from you. Your skills are your own, and they are what set you apart.
Let your brilliance radiate so powerfully that companies have no choice but to recognize and welcome you on board!
